LOOK ELSEWHERE ELSEWHERE ELSEWHERE ELSEWHERE I'm serious. You'd think that for $20, a sticker would do the job and stay put. No, that doesn't appear to be one of the properties that this company was thinking of when they created STICKERS. It looked good for about an hour when I put it on my Ninja 300 with very minimal contours on the tank. Then it began to rise, first on the flat part of my tank, not even touching the ridges, and then on the ridges. I don't want to put glue on my metal painted tank, so I'm not going to stick double sided tape under it. I didn't even get to ride with it on, so it was a complete waste of money and time. Look for a different sticker that has some padding as well.
My 300 tank would rise up and not stick even with minor contours. The temperature was never higher than 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
The only reason I gave it a four-star rating instead of a five is that most items like this stick to the top plastic so you can position it before sticking, which isn't the case here. Before peeling, leave a gap between the two pieces.
On the first day, everything appears to be in order. Then garvage it. After two days, it is no longer visible. Some. On some days, it appears to be fine, while on others, it appears as if there are waters beneath the surface. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning it and waiting for a refund. Ill. Simply buy a new one and toss this one out. Good concept, but dreadful material (I'm referring to the dreadful carbon fiber appearance).
The amount of money spent was proportional to the amount of money spent. Because the smaller stickers dislodged, I was concerned about the adhesion, but I believe that if I re-apply the adhesive, it will be fine. They should stick much better if the surface is clean. Overall, it was very simple to set up, and the included keychain is a nice addition! 4/5.
However, for the price, it was still a good buy, as the production appeared to be excellent upon arrival. I had a great time. Nonetheless, following a day out. Then there's the dew from the morning. I really like this tank pad. Excellent product that is thick and long-lasting. It's a mess! Installing is a breeze! Everything was perfect, including the keychain and sticker that were included! The tank pad is fantastic, the sticker is hilarious, and the keychain is stylish. I plan to purchase from this seller again.
If I had anything negative to say, it's that it's a little small, so I had to buy a second one to fit my entire tank, as other reviewers have claimed.
