Where can I get the mounting bracket for a 2003 Honda VTX 1800 R?

Because I ordered them specifically for my 1800, I believe they came with the correct bracket. Make a phone call to Bikebandit or Cobra.

Is the mounting bracket, as well as the bolts, nuts, and washers required for installation included?

Yes, all mounting hardware is included.
Note: They are not compatible with the VTX1800C.

How big is it?

1 1/2 inch larger Shelly only mentions diameter tubing.

For the VTX, there is a single crash bar

The only crash bar that belongs on an 1800 VTX is the Cobra Fatty. Completes the look of my 1800N in a big way. The installation instructions are very detailed and the product is heavy, solid, and screams PHAT beast. The radiator and hoses do not need to be removed before installation. Remove the two fan mounting bolt nuts from the back side (ratching box wrench) and the radiator should pull forward enough; however, the radiator cover may need to be removed. There are two sets of holes on the VTX frame behind the radiator where it appears the bar could mount; use the lower set of holes about halfway down the radiator; this is where the upper part of the bar attaches.

Mounts in an unusual way. These are mounted in a very different way than what is shown in the photo. The instructions are a bit hazy. They look great on my 1800n regardless of how they're mounted, but they took some time to figure out.
