Is this compatible with a rhino from the year 2004?

It does not, in fact.

How big are the bolts that come with this?

M10x1. 25 for the differential, and 5/16x18 for the plate's frame mounting.

Is this compatible with a 2005 rhino?

Sorry, but this is only compatible with Yamaha Rhino SXS 660 models from 2006 and 2007.

It was the perfect fit. It only took 5 minutes to set up, and it cost half as much as the black rhino for the same, if not better, quality.

Although I was still unsure if it would fit, it does. It's now up and running. It's quicker and easier to remove than fabricating something.
