Yes. It attaches to the frame near the front bumper.

There aren't any brackets in this sentence. Remove the old bumper from the vehicle. Replace the old bumper with the new one. It looks fantastic on you.

No, because this is a DS cart, it will not fit.

Construction had to drill new holes, which was not a good thing

Overall, it's a good value for the money. But, because I had to re-read it, I gave it three stars. Despite the fact that it stated that it would be a direct bolt on, I had to drill all four mounting holes to make it fit my cart.

Makes the cart look like it's off the beaten path! It's not meant to be used as a serious bumper or brush guard; if you collide with anything larger than a small sapling, the brush guard tubes will likely bend, but it gives the cart a unique look, and completes the "offroad" look of a lifted cart.

I bought it on the spur of the moment, and I was surprised by the thickness of the metal compared to the value for the money; I was expecting a thin pipe bumper, but I'm glad I went ahead and bought it.

My 2001 Club Car DS now has a great addition. Make it look a little more threatening. A 12" LED flood/spot light has been added. All of the pieces are made of heavy gauge steel and fit together perfectly. I would strongly suggest it.

Great product, but I didn't care for the Phillips head being used more quickly

I removed the cheap mesh guard and added a second top mounting plate to the cart for added strength, as well as a top mounting plate for an LED light bar, which I like.

This is what I put on, but it's at an odd angle. It is very obvious that the headlights do not align evenly.

It will not fit on a 2007 Club Car

The one I got isn't going to fit my 2007 Club Car. All of the mounting holes are in the incorrect locations, and when the lower bar is fully turned, it rubs the tires. Product was well-made, but it needed to be modified in order to function.
