All Mountain Style AMS High Impact Frame Guard Full – Protects your bike from scratches and dings

I paid more than $50 for an AMS Honeycomb Frame Guard XXL, and they gave me a cheap sticker frame guard that was probably worth less than $5. I'm in desperate need of these because I'm a frequent B. People kept throwing their bikes at my bike while I was commuting, so I was dubbed T traveller. My MARIN bike has scratches all over it, and I need to re-ride it. Send this order back and wait for it to be processed. I'm extremely disappointed! br>The AMS Fork guard was excellent, but this one leaves me speechless! br>I don't want to put any stars in, but I have no choice.

It is simple to use. The reviewer who stated that it is impossible to remove bubbles is simply incorrect. Even when I touched the sticky side with my fingers, my application was perfect. Simply ensure that your hands are free of dirt. Dirt from dirty or greasy fingers will be picked up by the adhesive. It also appears to provide excellent protection. If All Mountain Style hadn't plastered their logo all over the smaller pieces, I would have given it five stars. That's way too much. It's enough to have a single logo on the biggest piece. I purchased the clear because, well, I wanted it to be clear! That is, however, my sole complaint.

GETTING A PERFECT INSTALL IS IMPOSSIBLE! BUBBLES WILL ALWAYS EXIST, NO MATTER HOW CLEAN YOUR FRAME AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT IS OR HOW FLAWLESS YOUR INSTALLATION METHOD IS. IF YOU TOUCH THE STICKY SIDE WITH YOUR FINGERS OR IF YOU HAVE TOUCHED IT TO YOUR FRAME BUT NEED TO REMOVE IT TO GET A BETTER ALIGNMENT, IT WILL NOT BE FORGIVEN. THIS MESSES UP/SMEARS THE ADHESIVE, MAKING IT LOOK AWFUL THROUGH THE CLEAR FILM. br>br>NOT FLEXIBLE ENOUGH FOR TWO CURVES IN THE SAME DIRECTION BUT 90 DEGREES APART. WHERE YOUR DOWNTUBE CURVES INTO YOUR BOTTOM BRACKET AND YOU WRAP THE DOWNTUBE PIECE AROUND TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDES OF YOUR DOWN TUBE, FOR EXAMPLE. NEEDS TO BE MADE MORE FLEXIBLE OR HAS TO HAVE STRESS RELIEF SLITS CUT INTO THE SIDES SO IT CAN MAKE THE CURVES AS IS, INSTALLING ON AREAS OF YOUR BIKE LIKE THIS WITHOUT GETTING MASSIVE WRINKLES THAT LOOK HORRIBLE AND ALLOW DIRT TO GET UNDER THE PIECE IS IMPOSSIBLE. I purchased this to protect my new carbon fiber bike, and I was pleased to find that it went on clear and is barely visible unless you look closely. It took me a little while to install it according to the instructions, but it was simple. I can't comment on how well it works because I've only used it on my bike once, but it appears to be a good product and I'm pleased with it thus far.

This is a great opinion if you don't care about bubbles and just want to protect your frame. Only those with OCD would be bothered by the small bubbles. I would recommend this product because the sticker is well-made and simple to apply.

This is my second set, and I have to say that these protection guards do an excellent job of protecting the bike. You never know when you'll be selling your bike, and the fewer scratches and chips will protect your resell asking price as well as keep it looking nice.
