I returned the foot pegs because I found the anodizing on them to be bothersome and scratched during installation on a CRF250L. It wasn't even enough for the foot pegs to be scratch-proof. I even installed them with great care to prevent scratching. Even with normal use, these look stunning and I got them at a nice price, but I feel as though they would be scratched and dinged much faster than I would expect. They are a great buy and look fantastic if you will not be bothered by scratches and dings. My recommendation would be to get steel ones without anodizing if you're worried about scratches.
