I bought this product within 45 days of it breaking. I had to remove the plastic connector piece from the end of the wire. Despite only handling the cable a handful of times since it was received, I am very disappointed in A lot of cheap materials were used in the design of this product.

Our battery began to stop charging shortly after we purchased it. Since I received this charger two months ago, I have been using it regularly. The battery was charged without an issue using another charger, to see if it was the charger, or the battery itself. The charger is faulty in some way.

Make sure you are careful when you buy! There was no way to charge the device. The voltage is zero on the voltmeter, so we checked. There are 1 volts in the battery. It was bad from the start. I tried to return it, but I was one day past the grace period. Buyer beware. It looks like a cheap knockoff of the real product.

When the original battery that came with the tractor stopped charging, this replacement did the trick. First, you can use this until you decide to purchase a new battery less than 1 year after purchasing it. At the moment it is fully charged and the tractor can be used by the family again.
