It is made of plastic and does not have a bearing in which to incorporate effective blade turning. A few rides later they don't work at all. The turn a little when new and then stop. There are people who comment on them, but at this point they're just for appearances. I tried some lubricants to see if they would help, but they did not. A part of this type would need a better seal and would always require a bearing for it to.
cool, but the spinner part is plastic. I'm not sure how long they'll last. Centerpieces are aluminum outer pieces and plastic outer pieces. There is no bearing or lubrication coming from the back, so I can see the plastic wearing out quickly.
The installation was easy and looked great. Had I used locktight when I installed the system, I could have avoided a lot of trouble. A rider lost one while I was on it. In the winter, there will be another set of renderings 3 days later.
No matter how much oil you spray on it, they won't spin freely.
Unlike the price would suggest, it did not stay attached and one fell off when riding on the first ride. When I contacted the seller, they did not reply, and this is no way to back up your product. Later on, I purchased regular Harley Davidson covers, which are outstanding.
There was no spin in the spinners.
Good looking, I just wish they were a little longer on the set screw.
There is only one side that It spins kinda randomly, and it doesn't really accomplish what it is supposed to.
