Questions & Answers
This bulb can be used as a turn signal as well as a tail light. I'm not sure if it will fit a Neon from 1998.
They are, indeed.
Hello, yes, they work with both standard and CK sockets. br>Thank you very much.

LED Bulbs from a local 4 letter parts store were used in the right light. br>br>When it comes to my vehicle, I try to find the brightest lights I can. I replaced every exterior bulb on my truck with these lights, and they far exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, brightness, and overall performance. These are most likely the first LEDs to live up to the hype that their name implies. If you're still undecided, go ahead and order them. You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase. These are far superior to the LED replacement bulbs I bought from a local hardware store.
I even reassembled all of the pieces under the hood before attempting to use them, and man, am I sorry! They flashed so fast and so brightly that neither of the front turn signals on the car lit up. (Now that I think about it, I hope they didn't blow a fuse; do cars have fuses anymore?) ) In any case, I'm so disappointed in myself for wasting so much money on these and now having to spend even more money on new ones! To think they claim these have error-free Canbus built-in. NONSENSE!.
These bulbs have a lovely round shape to them. The presence of LEDs throughout the housing ensures that light will bounce off of every reflective surface. Because the older ones were 3-years old, I installed these to replace a different brand (which has held up well). sided, similar to the bulbs in my reverse light, which can be seen in the video I uploaded. From what I can tell, these aren't any brighter than the LEDs I replaced, but they look a lot better. I didn't use the resistors that came with these. I've already disabled the hyperflash on the truck's computer.
They're completely yellow, not amber (they're leds, after all). I'd like them to fit a little looser in the socket, but I don't think they'll fall out. Aside from that, they're fantastic, with high-quality materials and a bright design. With the glass lens, they throw a lot of light forward while also providing 360° coverage shallow in the reflector housing and at mid-height. depth to make the most of any type of housing br> They're bright when "on" at night compared to my stock bulb, but they blink 3x brighter when signaling (very noticeable, I should've shown the lights on with the hazards, the brightness ratio is perfect. )br> They take over my entire front lamps if only the running lights are on (no running lights pictured. ) I don't care for the yellow color, but everything else about it is perfect. I strongly advise you to invest in a low-cost safety upgrade. br>br>PS: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "cre Prior to the video/pic, I increased the flash rate speed adjustment (on flasher module) a little, which probably steals a little too much thunder from the stock bulb, though it still appears to be reaching full output in video, albeit for a shorter cycle (with more downtime in between the brief instants of 0 output), and it looks pretty shabby by comparison.
A mix of 3157 and 7440 bulbs were used in my 2103 suburban. The 7440 was able to be used as a backup light. The 3157 is compatible with both the brake and turn signal fittings. The 7440 was a good fit in my backup lights, and because of the bulb-to-bulb distance, it was easy to install. The beam pattern was more similar to the stock halogen in terms of shape and size, but it was brighter. There is no plastic base on the standard hologen 7440 bulb. If you try to fit the 3157 into a 7440 slot, the base will fit and the bulb will light for a short time, but the bulb will not seat and will shake loose. This blunder is almost certainly to blame for some of the product's negative feedback and reviews. The 3157 base is the same width as the 3157 base, but it is slightly thicker from front to back and clicks into place. The 7440 base has a similar click to lock, but it is held in the 7440 base mechanism much less securely. I hope that this information is useful. br>In the first photo, 3157 is on the left, 7440 is on the right, and a stock halogen backup light is on the left. br>In the second photo, stock halogen and 7440 led are on the left, while 3157 is on the right.
It's a nice, bright light that's simple to install and doesn't interfere with the ecu or dash lights.
I purchased smoked lens tail lights after being dissatisfied with the color my old white LEDs produced. When white light was projected through the darkened lenses, the result was more of a dull brownish orange color. br>These AUXITO RED led lights have a saturated red color that shines through nicely. (See attached photo)br>br>I was surprised to see that wire splicers came with resistors as well. Because I already had a LED flasher relay installed, I decided not to use them. On a different project, I tried using one of the wire splicers, but it didn't work out. I had to use wire strippers and solder because the splicer didn't pierce the wire effectively enough to make a connection. br>br>These LEDs are good and bright, but they have a flaw. When signaling with the lights on, the difference in brightness between fully lit and just lit is very small. br>While they are bright, it may be difficult for drivers behind you to notice you signaling at night (I hope you get what I'm getting at)br>This is a problem I had with my previous white LED taillights, so perhaps this is how most LED taillights are. br>br>So, I like the saturated red color; it has a lot of brightness, but it's difficult to tell the difference when signaling.
