They are a favorite of my husband's for his pickup truck. HOWEVER- Because these are incompatible with the Chevy infotainment system, I deducted a star. If you have a newer Chevy vehicle, these are not for you. I own a 2020 Chevy Equinox Premier as a point of reference. These were installed on a Sunday, and when I drove the car the next day, the dash didn't work at all. Since it was still under warranty, we took it to the dealership, and the first question GM tech support asked was whether the customer had installed aftermarket back up lights. The dash began to work again after I removed the lights and replaced them with factory lights.
I just finished installing these lights and was disappointed by how dim they were. They are noticeably brighter than stock, but only slightly. It's difficult to tell which is the before and which is the after if you look at them side by side. The height and width of the beam are the most significant differences. They illuminate a significantly larger area, but they aren't as bright as I had hoped.
Edit: Although the product still gets 5 stars, I had to return it because my avalanche had an early canbus iteration, and the BCM checks a lot of the lighting circuits for resistance every about 4-seconds. I can tell it's been 6 hours and I'm not sending ground (the truck is switched to ground control, not positive) to the bulbs because I think they're blown. I need to locate a set of canbus controllers. br>br>Awesome product gives me the brightest I was looking for in the back of my avalanche, the bulbs are slightly longer than a stock 921 so if clearance is an issue I would measure first, I also installed some additional led cargo lights but I fully recommend this product. I haven't rated or commented on longevity yet, but I have great experience with Auxito brand lights and I like how theirs are custom designed and manufactured bulbs instead of generics with a In my opinion, the answer is yes.
For my 2021 Chevy Trail Boss, I ordered these LED lights. These lights are extremely bright and can illuminate the entire room. It took about ten minutes or less to complete the installation. My package arrived in less than 24 hours after I placed my order. This purchase has made me extremely happy.
In every way, these bulbs are superior to standard bulbs: they're easier to install, and they're brighter.
The old bulbs are on the driver's side, while the new LED bulbs are on the passenger's side. These bulbs fit perfectly in my 2006 Ford Explorer, giving me an extra 30 feet of visibility and a backup camera.
Nissan Pathfinder 2006: very bright, simple to install.
The reverse lights on my 2009 Audi A4 Quattro (B8) were always dim. Several times I considered ordering brighter LED bulbs, but the number of people complaining about their car throwing "bulb out" errors always turned me away. When one of the original bulbs failed, I read a couple of reviews on these that said they worked in my make and model of car, so I gave them a shot. br>br>I'm happy to report that they fit perfectly, are extremely bright, and do not cause any errors. So far, I've been very pleased with them. I'm not sure how long they'll last, but I doubt it. br>br>Because they are much longer than a standard bulb, make sure you have enough clearance in your vehicle. A bright, focused beam is produced by the projector lens at the end of these.
