My automatic parking lot gates have stretched over the years, and I have had to adjust their chains every year. As well as Teflon spray and silicone spray, I lubricated them with other chain lubes. For the past 3 years, I haven't needed to adjust any chain since I began using Lubriplate. During the course of the year, chain sprays are applied three times.

Excellent stuff, I must say. This product breaks apart old grease and oil and lubricates like no other. Keeps chains from rusting outdoors thanks to its thin layer.
