Is it able to maintain its position? Is the rubber in the back of the vehicle. ?

Hello and good morning. This mat is 100% polypropylene and absorbs coolants oil water and solvents. The back isn't rubber, so it wouldn't withstand light foot traffic. It may be necessary to tape it down depending on the surface on which it is placed.

Is it possible that they're not flammable?

The Flame Resistant Pig PM50022 Absorbent Mat Roll is a new product from Pig. This means that a flame will not be supported by the absorbent mat in its unlit state. The flame will go out if you hold a torch to the material and then remove it. In that specific spot, the Mat will melt. Please keep in mind that if you absorb a flammable liquid, the mat will absorb those properties as well. The flammable liquid's vapors can ignite, causing the mat to melt and eventually burn if the fire is hot enough. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.

This product was purchased to be used in my garage to absorb rain water dripping from my vehicles before it reached the walls. br>I taped a strip along the sides of both vehicles, and it appeared to work after one rain. The vehicle drainage reached the produce and was wicked throughout the product, never making it to the walls. br>Now that it has dried, it appears to be ready for another round of rain. My only concern is how long it will last. br>Fortunately, I still have enough to replace what has broken. I'll be satisfied if I get three to four months of service.

As a floor mat, this item is ideal

We use this as an extended floor mat inside our house by the front door during the winter snows. You know, it gives us more room to come in and take our shoes and boots off because there are several pads and they last a long time. br>This smaller roll is the most cost-effective option and makes an excellent floor mat.

They are simple to use, similar to paper towels. My truck has 250k miles on it and is leaking lightly. We park in the same spot in the garage every time, so all you have to do is lay the sheet on the concrete, color match the floor, and you're done. It's very easy to swap out the clothes and it's very convenient.
