No, you don't have to wait until the container is nearly empty to use the product; according to the directions, one container can treat up to 20 gallons. More than 20 gallons will, obviously, necessitate more. Fill the fuel tank with the contents of the container(s), then drive away. The product is extremely concentrated and extremely effective. Every three to four months, I recommend using one bottle. 5000 miles in a month I am a firm believer in this product. I hope this has been of assistance.
It can clean up to 25 gallons, according to my calculations. I use it once a month and will not use anything else in the future. I do, however, drive about 1000 miles per month. Just make sure you don't overdo it or you'll have issues. br> Maintains the cleanliness of your fuel system and intake.
I have an Infiniti G35 with a 3.0L V6 engine, and I've used both of these products to clean the internals of the engine, as well as the fuel system. 5 V6. Other than reading and researching the ingredients and purposes of each, I can't really speak to the differences between the two products in great detail. However, I used to have a lot of pinging from carbon buildup and tried Seafoam and Lucas deep clean to get rid of it. However, I discovered that they only provided temporary relief from symptoms. Gumout Multi System Tuneup is now my only choice, as it outperforms Seafoam and Lucas. It contains a higher amount of P. which has been scientifically proven to clean the internals of engines and the components of the fuel system. I'd also recommend the Redline SL1 and BG 44K, but they're more expensive. Check out Scotty Kilmer and others' Gumout MST reviews and tests on YouTube. I wish you the best of luck.
They have different things in them, but they're both supposed to lube the upper cylinder really well.

When 16Oz is combined with up to 30 gallons of fuel, it claims to clean the entire fuel system. Lucas, on the other hand, should have provided a gallons of fuel per ounce of cleaner ratio. br>br>I poured the entire bottle into a nearly empty gas tank, filling it to the brim with 13 gallons of gas. Within 100 miles, the check engine light came on. After a while, the catalytic converter broke down. MIL code is P0420. br>br>Replacing a catalytic converter can cost up to 1000 dollars, and in some cases up to 3000 dollars. If you have a 1999 or later model, especially if it has an electronic fuel rail system or one of the newer VTEC engines, VVT-i is available. i, etc. , this fuel system cleaner will obliterate your engine. br>br>You will pour $10 into your tank and lose 7000$ on your engine, forcing you to purchase a new vehicle. My Lexus was completely destroyed as a result of it. Yours will be annihilated by it.
My 2004 PT Cruiser jerked at idle and hesitated when accelerating on occasion. There were no codes stored, so I ruled out ignition and vacuum leaks through diagnosis and turned my attention to the fuel. My car idled perfectly after I put this in the gas tank, and the hesitation was gone as well. I believe the problem was caused by a fuel filter or an injector, but I didn't need to look into it further after using this. Only time will tell if my car will remain in this condition. In any case, I'm going to keep a bottle of this on hand for each service interval.
Last week, I received three bottles of Lucas Deep Clean and am currently using them in three different Toyotas. A Venza, a Corolla, and a Tundra from 2004. In all three vehicles, it performs admirably. During the first 20 miles or so on the Tundra, I noticed the difference. The throttle response is better, the idle is smoother, and it's too early to say whether or not this product improves gas mileage. I have used the Lucas Upper Cylinder Lubricant product fuel system treatment before, but this is the first time I have used the Deep Clean product. The Deep Clean, on the other hand, is more of a'standard' cleaner. br>br>This cleaner is high in PEA detergent, which is the best substance for complete fuel system cleaning, and the Deep Clean appears to have more of it than Techron Concentrate Plus, which is also a fantastic product, and the Lucas Deep Clean is also less expensive than the Techron. Another feature I like is that the Deep Clean can clean up to 30 gallons of gasoline, whereas the Techron concentrate can only clean up to 20 gallons, implying that one bottle can clean a full tank of gas in the Tundra's 26 gallon fuel tank. It's good that none of the three bottles leaked. When compared to Techron or Redline SL-100, it comes out on top. 1. The Lucas product is significantly less expensive and appears to be more cost effective; I am not disparaging the other two products; they are all excellent fuel system cleaners.
The NOX levels were too high - I read on a lot of Jag forums that this is a good product - meaning it was running too hot (you have to get hot to create nitrogen oxide. )br>br>I read on a lot of Jag forums that this is a good product - meaning it was running too hot (you have to get hot to create nitrogen oxide. )br>br>I read on a lot of Jag forums that this is and I immediately noticed a significant increase in my gas mileage - to 15- 16 miles per gallon, up from 12 miles per gallon previously. br>br>I recently installed a can of this in my old Dodge Dakota truck. I need to take it to the smog check station - It'll be a 20-mile drive, so it'll be nice and toasty on the way there - I'm hoping that this will assist in the passage of the bill. In previous years, it has come close to passing, but only just. br>br>I take it to a place that does a "sniff" test with an instrument in the exhaust pipe, rather than places that want me to install a massively expensive catalytic converter that will clean up anything that passes through the pipe.
We know it works because my fuel economy has improved and my engine is running more smoothly. With the frequency with which truckers idle, this certainly muffles any unusual noises and leaves an engine purring after the tank has been drained and all the junk has been removed. I use this every oil change to treat 300 gallons or six bottles, and I'll keep using it because of the great results we've had with it, as well as the oil stabilizer and transmission fluid conditioner. After a week with those products, you'll be amazed at how smooth your transmission feels.
This ensures the most consistent and reliable cleaning of the engine; otherwise, too much or too little may be introduced into the engine at a time, failing to adequately clean the gunk. br>br>Just follow the instructions and you'll be fine! Other manufacturers recommend simply mixing their products together, but I believe Lucas uses jet fuel in their system cleaner, so I follow their instructions to the letter, and boy does it work. br>br>Lucas Team for the rest of your days, baby!.
My 93 Lincoln has 133,000 miles on it and has sequential fuel injection. The motor has been surging and stalling after the initial start-up for a number of years. It was fine once in gear, so I would normally just put it in gear and drive. I decided to try the Deep Clean after having used other Lucas Oil products in the past. I'm halfway through my second tank of Deep Clean gas, and the problem has gone away. Before driving, I can now warm up the engine a little. If the fix is permanent, I suppose only time will tell. If that doesn't work, I'll add Deep Clean every now and then; it worked for me!.
Ford F150, model year 2009 4l. This cleaner helps you get more miles per gallon. This truck will travel 450 miles on a full tank of gas on the highway. It gets 500 if you use the cleaner. br>br>In addition, engine performance improves noticeably in stop-and-go traffic. Get behind the wheel. br>br>I was hesitant to use it. I've completed the fill-in work. alternating between using the cleaner and not using it. With the cleaner, the truck performs noticeably better.
