I'm not sure how long this will last on my Harley. I had already given the mount a light nudge. It was unable to maintain the angle setting. I tightened it up again, but it's still a little loose. I'm afraid it won't be able to absorb the bike's vibrations, but we'll see. br>NOTE: THIS PAGE HAS BEEN UPDATED. I ended up using some handlebar grip glue on the ball mount because it moved out of adjustment fairly easily. The plastic adjustment was tightened with a screwdriver. It now appears to stay put where I put it. Rubber shims are included in the handlebar clamp. It appears to be unafraid of staying put. Only an 1/8th inch thick plastic plastic shaft with a plastic ball at the end that goes into the back of the phone mount holds it together for now; don't bump it too hard. is secured with a screw. br>NOTE: THIS PAGE HAS BEEN UPDATED. This company contacted me after learning of my problems with the product. They get a lot of help. They provided excellent customer service by sending me a replacement item. The holder has been upgraded to be much more durable than the original. They looked after me very well.
It is simple to put together. I knew I was going to like it right away when I opened the box. Padding everywhere your phone makes contact to improve hold, prevent damage, and absorb shock. Feels solid, looks sleek, is easy to assemble and install/remove, and is simple to insert phone (one handed). Your phone is locked in thanks to a lock switch on the back. Your phone is kept safe even if the lock is not in place. When riding on bumpy surfaces, the holder pivots easily in all directions, but not so easily where it will move. The phone's back camera is slightly obstructed by the extending bar, but a small zoom removes the obstruction. This is ideal for recording your rides from your own perspective. If you want to use the front-facing camera as well, it is not obstructed. My phone, which is an iPhone 11 Pro Max with a slim case, fit perfectly into the holder. br>I took a chance by purchasing an item with few reviews on Amazon, but I'm glad I did so so far. Lamicall, you have a fantastic product!.
When I got my second order, I was ecstatic. So far, this little device has performed admirably! My iPhone 11 max pro is protected by an OtterBox pink defender case. Because I work as a high school teacher and walk on concrete, I needed a good protective case. In any case, the device accommodates my iPhone 11 Max Pro, which is protected by an OtterBox case. It takes a little wiggling to get it into the holder, but once it's there, it's there. There is no way to get out by sliding. I appreciate how easily your phone can be rotated. This is an excellent product!.
I've been looking for a product like this because I frequently get lost on the trails while mountain biking and have to stop just to get my phone out of my pocket. I wanted something that would keep the phone in place on the trail without causing it to shake too much. It works a lot better than I expected. Please see the attached video. My phone is a Google Pixel 3 XL with a 6-inch screen. The screen is 3 inches wide. It held it just as well as if I had never locked it. br>br>It came with four silicone/rubber-like things that could be used to adjust the handlebars. My handlebar was a little thicker near the stem, so I removed three of them and it's fine now.
It was ineffective! br>Was taking a test ride on a motorcycle around the block when the phone fell off and was rendered useless. Do not purchase if you intend to ride a motorcycle! 0/10.
After trying out various mounts and scouring the internet for different designs, I can confidently state that this is the most secure bicycle phone mount on the market — especially for those who don't want to replace their existing phone case with one made specifically for a specific mount. In my iPhone 10s, I have full access to all of the side buttons and am completely confident that I will not dislodge the device while using it. The fact that there are multiple locking points adds to this sense of security. It's also extremely simple to use. I appreciate how quickly I can insert and remove my phone from the mount as a harried New Yorker. All I can say is that you should not be skeptical of this product. I've been in your shoes, and I'm glad I went ahead and bought it. THIS IS THE ACTUAL PRODUCT, AND IT WORKS! Purchase it and test it out for yourself.
I realized I'm a bad luck guy as I was about to start writing this review. I live in New York City, and I adore it; every day is an adventure, but the roads are terrible, and you must deal with them. I'm also a big techie, so I'm always on the cutting edge of technology. In addition, I own one of the largest and fastest electric scooters on the market. br>br>I've now had my phone mount for 126 days, according to Amazon. Which, according to my calculations, is approximately 750 miles at a speed of 30 miles per hour. I can't begin to count the number of bumps, potholes, manhole covers, short stops, inattentive motorists, and curbs I've encountered in that time, but I've never had to worry about my phone because the Lamicall phone mount allows me to safely combine three of my favorite things. br>br>It's easy to use, fits my iPhone 11 promax with a case, and looks great on my handlebars. I can't say enough about how highly I think it is. br>br>Thank you, guys!br>PS. I'll do my best to improve the quality of the photos that I post.
This phone mount used to make me very happy, but not anymore. I ride my bike through New Orleans' bumpy streets, and the iPhone X has popped out several times while going over bumps and even once while simply descending a steep slope from a bridge. The screen on that one cracked, so I'll have to go get it fixed, which will cost twice as much as the phone mount, even with AppleCare. This time, I'm going to get a phone mount with rubber straps, which I wouldn't recommend unless you have a very smooth ride, and certainly not in a motorized vehicle.
