Questions & Answers

Is this compatible with my Suzuki Boulevard m109r?

Your Fatboy is about the same length as mine, and it fits perfectly. By the way, that was a great ride. 1783cc. damn

Is it going to fit a 2008 Goldwing GL1800?

Not sure. Outside, however, it only lasts ONE YEAR!

Is it compatible with the Honda Shadow model?

I have a 9' custom chopper and it fits perfectly, so you could probably get away with the 108".

"Water resistant/waterproof" is written in this case. Is it resistant to water?

My bicycle, on the other hand, is protected from the elements on the outside. I'm not sure how water resistant it is. I'm hoping I won't have to learn the hard way. I bought it just to keep it out of sight and out of the dust.

Excellent value for money - XYZCTEM All-Season Black Waterproof Outdoor Sun Motorcycle Cover XYZCTEM All-Season Black Waterproof Outdoor Sun Motorcycle Cover XYZCTEM XXXL large All Season Black Waterproof Outdoor Sun Motorcycle cover,116"br>This is a review for the XYZCTEM XXXL large All Season Black Waterproof Outdoor Sun Motorcycle cover,116" br>I ordered this size to see if it would fit my 2006 Fatboy with windshield and large saddlebags, as well as my 2017 Ultra Limited (which will require the antenna to be removed)
5/5

It fits both of them perfectly. If I didn't have the windshield installed on the Fatboy, I could use the XXL. On both bikes, the fit was excellent. I was able to strap the cover through the tires because it reached all the way to the ground. It's simple to put together on my own, and even simpler with two people. If I wanted to take it with me, it folds up small enough to fit in my tour pack or saddle bag; however, it is not small, so it will take up some space.
. br>For the price, the cover appears to be well made, but only time and use will tell. The inside of the material is smooth, so it won't scratch the paint, as far as I can tell. The material on the outside resembles that of a stiffer windbreaker. It should keep the bike dry during an overnight rain, according to what others have said and what I know about the material. The material is also susceptible to brittleness when exposed to the sun over time. I'd be concerned about scratching the bike if that started to happen, but the tie down straps and holes should be fine for everyday use and light winds. They are unlikely to withstand constant high winds due to the type of material they are made of. However, the fit is also an important factor in its ability to withstand higher winds. It will lift if it does not reach the ground or if the wind can easily get under it. If it's too big and billowy, on the other hand, the wind can create a pocket, putting a lot more strain on the straps. If I planned to store my Fatboy outside, for example, I would try a XXL on it for a more snug fit. br> br>My main use for this will be to keep the bikes dust-free while in the garage. br>My secondary purpose will be to cover the bike overnight while on a trip to keep the dew and rain off. br>I have no doubt that it will be capable of completing this task. br> br>If you park your bike under a carport with some wind protection, it should be fine. br>If you park it on the sheltered side of the house, it should be fine. br>If the cover will be the bike's only shelter and you live in a mild weather area, it should be fine, but don't expect it to last very long. br>If you live in a high heat/heavy sunshine area and it will be exposed to the sun for the majority of the day, spend a couple hundred dollars on a high end unit designed for those conditions (or don't you love your bike?) If you have room, buy one of the semi portable units that are like br>Overall, I would purchase it again. You can't beat the price, as long as you don't expect diamonds in exchange for cubic zirconia. br>5 Stars because it lived up to my expectations for the price I paid.

For the money, it's fine
4/5

I bought one six months ago and it sits on my bike every day in the hot sun of Southern California. It's been fading for a few months, and today I discovered an open split on the top where a wrinkle fold used to be. Basically, it's starting to fall apart; keep in mind that the sun in SoCal destroys everything, so 6 months seems reasonable; anything made to last longer would have to be a lot heavier, and I like how light this is. I'm so pleased with it that I've already placed an order for another. $25 for six months is fine; I kept my bike clean and hung in there through some pretty strong winds.

It appeals to my tastes
5/5

I got the XXXL and it's perfect for my bike. My Yamaha R6 is a big bike, but I think it could handle a bigger bike just fine. If you have a super big bike, you might have a problem, but if you have a Harley Big Boy or something similar, you should be fine. To be honest, it isn't particularly thick, and it doesn't appear to be particularly easy to rip. It's ideal for me because I live in a hot climate with occasional showers. I would recommend spending the extra money for a more premium cover if you live in a storm-prone area. It perfectly suits my needs, and it's very easy to stuff back into its holder bag and carry around with minimal bulk. That's what I want to do, and I'm not going to bring a tent with me. It collapses into a small package that weighs next to nothing. And, as I previously stated, it is of sufficient durability. Expect it to be thinner than other premium covers, but it's still not bad.

Seams are prone to rips and tears
3/5

In July of 2020, I purchased this cover. On March 28th, 2021, I went outside and noticed that the main seam of the cover had ripped out, and the cover was laying on both sides of the bike; I don't use this every day; I only use it when the bike is out of the building. I've probably only used it a dozen times, and it's not waterproof. I searched for a warranty but was unable to locate one. This is a cover that I do not recommend purchasing.

On my Road Glide Ultra, it's a perfect fit
5/5

On my Road Glide Ultra, it's a perfect fit. It comes in a small package that is easy to transport on trips. During travel, the bike is kept clean and dry. br>It's time to make some changes. I had to use this for about a year while switching garages and it worked great. It wasn't perfect, but it got the job done. I recently purchased another because the original is beginning to show signs of wear and I want to have a backup on hand. That's not bad considering Missouri's four seasons. This book comes highly recommended.

I bought this cover for my 1998 Harley Davidson electra glide standard, and it fits perfectly, with the attached buckles adding a nice touch
4/5

br>I'm hoping it lasts because the company that sold it has poor customer service; I tried to register it for the warranty but there is no way to do so on their website, which they direct you to. I attempted to contact them via email, but no one has responded to my request for assistance with registration. Although I like the product, their customer service is a 0 out of 5 star experience.

civer on a motorcycle Suze xxxl was purchased for my Harley-Davidson
5/5

It's a perfect fit for a Harley-Davidson street glide from 2016. That's exactly how I envisioned myself. This cover was purchased to keep the bike dust-free while it was stored inside the garage for the winter. Covering and removing it is a breeze. It appeals to me a great deal.

It didn't live up to the hype
3/5

To begin with, it barely fit my husband's 2009 Yamaha Raider despite the fact that it was labeled as an XL size. Second, it rained, and when he removed the cover, the seats were wet, which was disappointing because that was the entire reason we bought it in the first place.
