Yes, there are safety clips on the bottom hooks.
A 450 ktm sx is what I have. One set is used to keep my bike secure in the back of my truck. I'm not sure if a hitch-mounted carrier is a good idea.
The soft tie down you're considering has a hook that attaches to your carrier, whereas the u6910047 has a clip/carbineer that attaches to your carrier. Aside from that, they're identical.
Per set, there are two tie downs.

On one end, the ones that arrived have a hook with a safety clip inside that takes up space inside the hook and won't work if you're hooking it into a hole on a pickup rather than a rung or hook. br>br>In the description of the tiedowns, neither length nor width were mentioned. They're only about 5 1/2' long, which is a disappointment. If you want to wrap them around something, they're a bit short for a full-bed pickup. I suppose they'll come in handy at some point, but the hooks aren't what I expected. br>br>Another member of my family ordered the same tiedowns and received the same as I did, so I'm guessing there's an Amazon substitution going on that I'm not aware of. It's a bit disappointing, and I don't care for it.
I was using these to secure my KTM 350 when it suddenly fell over. When little pressure is applied to a strap, it will loosen on its own. Buyer beware when purchasing these. KTM is known for producing high-quality products, so they might want to think twice about putting their name on these.
There are other tie down sets on Amazon for less than half the price that work just as well, but these have the KTM logo. That's most likely why you're on the lookout for them. They have a pleasing appearance. The latch is strong and the door is on the wider side.
Hardware that is more substantial than any other motorcycle tie-in. I've never seen so many downs in my life. The straps are wide and thick, but they are surprisingly flexible. These are incredibly soft and of excellent overall quality. And, let's be honest, they look fantastic. And your KTM is deserving of them. They're fantastic, and I'm very happy with them.
Because I have a PITBULL trailer system, it isn't strictly necessary for my application, but it does keep the front wheel straight and my OCD at bay.
These are excellent straps for securing a dirt bike; the soft loops easily connect to bars without causing metal-on-metal contact, and the snap hooks keep them in place while positioning.
I had two of these tie downs before, but one of them was damaged, so I needed new ones. The hooks on one end have spring loaded clips on them to keep them from falling off the bottom end when you tie down your bike, which I didn't see listed on the information, but it's a nice touch. They are more effective than most motocross tie downs.
Straps that are both attractive and functional. In terms of weight, they are rated poorly. They do, however, appear to be of substantial construction. This exact pair was loaned to me by a friend, and after trying them on, I had to buy a pair for myself.
