I'm not sure if they'll fit your machine; I bought them for a 2017 Polaris ACE 900 XC and they're great.
As you tighten the rubber bushing, it compresses. I purchased six of these, and they fit perfectly in the hole and compress to become extremely tight. The compression is created by a nut with a washer on the bottom. They're fantastic and perform admirably.
Thank you for contacting me, Ryan. Yes, these will fit your Polaris Sportsman 2021's Lock and Ride holes. Except for pre-2004 RZRs and Sportsmans, they fit all of them. Smaller holes in the 2010 Sportsman's.
I'm not sure if they fit or not, but I have a 2019 and they do.

I went ahead and bought the six-pack. On my 2017 RzR 1000 turbo, I have them installed. They are incredible. After some HARD test rides to ensure they held, my tool/parts box and cooler didn't move. For the first couple twists, hold them in place at an angle in the designated holes. This allows the rubber to expand slightly before being placed in its final position. Then complete the tightening by pushing all the way into the hole. There are approximately 6 turns. The product has exceeded my expectations!!.
They can be worn as tight or as loose as you like. You can strap down chainsaws, coolers, camping equipment, and more on a rack like mine (2020 Polaris Sportsman 450). I like the chrome look, but the younger generation seems to prefer blackout, so they might want to offer those as well. I'm very happy!.
I haven't yet secured anything, but they appear to be in good shape. They came in a plastic bag with a label, which I like because it shows that they spent more time and money on the product than a fancy package would. They were a perfect fit for my 2011 Polaris Sportsman 850 and tightened up easily. I can practically pick up the back end of the machine with these, so I think they'll hold a cooler or back pack just fine, and I'm pleased with them so far.
These were purchased for my son's new Polaris RZR 1000XP. I haven't given them to him yet because they are a gift. Because you stated in the description that these would fit the 1000 XP, I am confident that they will fit. For my Polaris General, I have a set that is extremely useful. When my son saw mine, he expressed interest in purchasing some for his new machine.
So far, everything has gone well. So far, the only issue I've had is that I have to retighten these after every 20 hours of riding. I'm guessing they'll loosen up over time, but when installed properly, they work great and securely hold my load. After reading previous reviews on the best way to install these, I had no problems with the initial setup.
Installing and removing the lock and ride is simple: simply place in the lock and ride hole and twist until snug. Hand tight will suffice; there's no need to use a tool to overtighten because you risk damaging the tie down. Creates sturdy mounting points for a cooler or other items to be bungee-ed into the storage area. With these, I would not recommend using a ratchet style tie down strap.
This item was purchased to be used on a 2017 Polaris XPT. Installing, removing, and storing it is a breeze. There is no need for any tools. They appear to be of good quality, but I only got them a few days ago. I believe that the strength and integrity of the plastic body panels to which these anchors will be attached will provide adequate retention for most equipment. My order/purchase was received in the mail only three days after I placed it. It's a good product with a good price.
The Alpine Loop in Colorado was where we took our RZR. These babies did a fantastic job of holding my ice chest and chairs in place. I was hesitant when I first purchased them, but I'm glad I did. They're simple to set up and perform well.
