Selected User Reviews For SPECSTAR Heavy Duty Motorcycle Rear Wheel Lift Universal Sport Bike Swingarm Spool Paddock Stand Combo for Suzuki Yamaha Honda Kawasaki
On my 2018 Kawasaki Vulcan S ABS, I purchased this part. The selection of a motorcycle stand can be difficult. Many of the ones offered are advertised as suitable for sport bikes, but the Vulcan S is a more unique proposition. This stand features a Kawasaki Ninja 650 at its heart. The bike is configured for cruiser use, so I took a chance on this stand, and it was fine.
It appears to be well made, and it is more than adequate. In the box, I found two spools for the stand, but I already had purchased spools for my bike in 10mm. I do not know what the specifications are for the spools that were provided. We were able to lift the bike easily onto the stand With a piece of 2 x 4 placed under the kickstand, the bike is very close to Positioning the saddles under the spools and pushing down hard on the handle are all that is necessary. As soon as the bike is mounted on the stand, it feels rather stable.
My lift appears to be a solid piece of equipment, although the bolts and spools that came with it will not work with I have sent a message to the seller and will adjust my review when he replies. This is an update from 8/12/21 I received a call from the seller, who I have been asked to send pictures back after sending them. There are 10mm bolts on the bobbins/spools that come with it. Eight millimeters is the field of view of the Vstrom. Since the correct bolts and spools were not included, I ordered them from another vendor and they work as advertised. I'll probably keep the lift and share this review in hopes of helping someone else.
When I first saw this product, I was a little hesitant to buy it since the reviews were very limited, but I'm so glad I did!
The rear stand comes in pieces and is easy to assemble. Build quality is excellent for the price! There was no fault on the seller's part, as the bolts for the spools were too large for my motorcycle (2019 ZX6R). I believe the bolts came with 10mm heads, but I needed 8mm heads. It only took one trip to the store to have everything I needed. On flat ground, the bike was extremely sturdy once it was on the stand. The stand made it easy to lift the bike and it held it securely once it was upright. As far as I am concerned, this product is the best you can get for your money. I highly recommend it if you aren't trying to go broke with other brands.
There are also spools included if you don't already own them. Wish I had done my research before I bought what I got on eBay this product won't touch the chain of your bike or the inner rim of your bike. With the exception of the extra spool, this product worked great for me since I have a 2016 Yamaha R3 as well as extra spools for it. To attach to the spools, this product is used. Although it would have been nice if they had one for the front, this is still an important.
In the end, I gave up waiting for the Woodcraft stand to be back in stock and took a chance with That was a great deal for me since it was nearly 25% of the cost of the Woodcraft stand and it works well with my Honda Grom 2019. The Spectar came with an extra set of spools and it took no time at all to assemble! It's a wonderful book that I recommend.
I was never able to try it out, but it seems to be pretty good. I’m not sure where to find the bolts that will fit my specific bike. I don’t know where to get them from. I have a Brewers Zx6r 06.
However, the overall value is impressive!.
