Questions & Answers

Does the bottom of the rack have enough rigidity so it will not sag with a narrow rack?

There is no rigidity in the bottom. So far I have not had any problems with it being as wide as my rack.

Do you think it will fit my 2014 Harley Ultra Limited?

Yes, I am. The bag will fit on the rack on your tour pack, or if you prefer, you will be able to put it on the passenger seat as well. Using mine on my 04 Ultra, it's just strapped to the back of the seat (passenger pillion), held in place by two straps that go through the slot between the backrest and With that configuration, it serves as a nice backrest and holds a water bottle. Having these things within easy reach is important. I like the bag because it holds its shape well, but if you have to purchase it in case it rains, you may want to waterproof it. As well as a helmet, it will fit inside!

Could you tell me if this bag will fit on a 2008 GL According to its description, it is broad in scope. What should I do since I am replacing the older model of this bag? It has a velcro flap. ?

In short, yes. A 2008 GL1800 will fit it

Can this be fitted to a 2015 HD freewheeler with ?

In short, yes. 2015 FreeWheeler luggage racks are compatible with this luggage

Designed for this purpose, this bag is great
5/5

I upgraded my Roadglide and my wife upgraded hers with a tourpak over the past year. As part of our preparations for a tour to Montana, we bought this bag from Kuryakyn for the top of our tour pack. Our gear was well organized in this bag, and we had easy access to gear we might need on short notice, such as When we needed to adjust our gear depending on the weather conditions, we used the bungee cord on top for securing jackets and other items. As a result of using our included rain cover, our stuff stayed dry during the final 120 miles of soaking rain. Several friends took a look at it and were so impressed that they said they would buy one too. Thus far, I am able to vouch for this product. Please note The elastic on the rain fly doesn't fit as well as earlier reviews have reported. As it wasn't elastic, my rain fly was quick and easy to adjust, and we've never had any issue with it trying to fly away as we were traveling.

I had a wonderful time
4/5

There is plenty of space for both of our clothes. After just returning from a 1,000+ mile trip on the Kuryakyn Momentum Hitchhiker, I am delighted with it. Both clothes and snacks / water can be stored in the room. My only complaint is that I would have given it 5 stars but had two small issues. First, there is a need for a drawstring or retention snap around the elastic at the edges of the rainfly. Our expectation was that there might be rain, therefore we put the fly on ahead of time. As for the other part, it is attached to the bag via velcro at one point (where it goes into the fly storage compartment), but the rest of the bag is just an elastic fit all over. As it flew at 80 mph for a few miles it crashed. I pulled over right away and tucked these items into the storage compartment before they got wet. I would prefer that there was some way to tighten the fly down, such as a snap or drawstring. I'm thinking of using a bungee next time, just to be extra safe. Second, there are no water bottle pockets in the backpack. I really don't know why the "elastic" The pockets are extremely stiff and I would not trust them to keep anything of value in them, as it may fall It was easy to use small disposable water bottles and they didn't move, but I wouldn't put anything dangerous in there, like sunglasses.

It is a happy day for Mam
5/5

Mama's happiness makes me happy, and I am happy when she's Let's get right to the point The Harley-Davidson Super Glide I have is highly customized. My wife loves to ride the Harley-Davidson Super Glide, but it was miserable riding on its back. And I am not surprised it had a hard ride. So she started talking about riding So I bought a bagger for my wife this spring because I love her a lot. Here is an Electraglide Ultra Classic from 2014. I am looking forward to her 50th birthday next week, so I think she will really enjoy the ride. Her idea is to just take some time away from home while instead of having a party I only wanted to be with you for four days. Now we're going to Block Island by bike. The problem is that we don't know how to use it. In addition to being an overpacker, my lovely wife also likes to travel light. I love it. I doubt that it will work on the bagger or the bike. My goal is to give as much space as I can to her. I got these packing cubes and this box. There it is! The way magic works. During a dry run, somehow we managed to fit everything she wants (I also got a wee bit of room), and even still have some extra room left for supplies. This is incredible.
So, to make a long story short, she absolutely loves it and is already planning the next trip, even though we have yet to take the first trip! I'm good at talking for a while, I know.
Yeah, yeah. Sorry about that. As well as being a motorcycle camper, I also own a scooter. I work alone. What a difference I've made in my ability to take on so much! It cost me $100 to acquire it "used". This is incredible. Kuryakin is who it is. I've been using their gear for a long time. There is no reason for me to doubt This is a very good piece of writing. Zippers that are firmly attached. There is serious stitching going on here. It has a large capacity and a great deal It is equipped with its own cover for rain. In addition to the good buckles and straps to attach to my luggage rack, the bag also came with extra security in the form of a bungee cord. Let me just say that this is a really nice piece of luggage/gear. I'm sorry if I go on too much, but this is really nice. For many years to come, I see it getting a lot of use. This is a happy moment for me. ***Highly recommended***Sorry for the lengthy review*** Update I'm a little late with this review. I didn't have enough space in the review already! The first time we used this guy was just a short trip back. Is an absolute dream to use. used a couple of Rok straps and a cargo net to attach, and it didn't fall off. On the ferry we hit a swell, the bike fell on top of me and the bike fell over on Upon arriving at our Airbnb, we unbuckled it and then grabbed it by the handle so we could carry it like a suitcase. While the weather wasn't extremely bad, we didn't need to use the rain cover, but what if it is needed sometime in the future? My next update will be in a few days. I can't believe it!.

This bag provided excellent value and was sturdy and well constructed
5/5

I bought it to go on a 2500 mile trip from Seattle to Jackson, Wyoming through Yellowstone and back home with my wife. The bag Although I do not consider this bag suitable for holding helmets, I believe it is the perfect size to top off a tour pack. Rain gear, sweatshirts, snacks, a purse, glasses, face masks, gloves, and a pair of rain boots can easily fit inside. The list goes on, as do all the lotions and potions the wife brings with her as protection from the sun The tour pack has everything she always wants to have access to every time she goes off the bike. It makes a great addition to saddlebags and tour packs, and when packed correctly, they blocked us from needing to raid the other bags until there is no more riding to do. The bag is well built and it is a good size. It is sleek, and low-profile with a low profile. It is not just a huge I think too many miles leaving it empty can cause it to collapse, but it holds its shape when empty. There are round edges on the left and right edges, and it seemed suitable for a rolled up rain suit. Although the bungee system on the bottom is truly great and holds fast, the Velcro tabs at the corners are not as great as I would have liked. Although they work just fine, they are tedious to attach (in my opinion). However, the benefits of using this bag far outweigh these small inconveniences. I hope that after all of this blather, you will agree that the bag is excellent. Look for a helmet bag that fits on top of your tour pack if you want to pack helmets in there. However, if you're looking for a topper that fits nicely, looks good, and is roomy and sleek, you should consider it.
