Questions & Answers

What exactly do you mean when you say "handles the center weight"? " Isn't that a little confusing?

When the weight is concentrated in the center or middle of the ramp, such as when using a motorcycle. Some ramps have a tendency to fold in on themselves on the sides.
Iv; For my 2008 Road King, I used it with a 6'x12' covered trailer. It performs admirably and is well-suited to the task at hand. un- There is no movement during loading. For the money, it's a fantastic ramp.

Kendon 3- Combination of rail folding: Is this ramp compatible with the Kendon 3? What's the best way to fold rails? one bike at a time, or at the very least, the middle rail? thanks?

It's a fantastic incline. I'm confident that everything will work out. The tabs were the only thing that we changed. We cut them off and welded them in a downward position so that they could hook onto our trailer's rail. Best wishes to you.

Is the 4 foot ramp exactly 4 feet long, including the deck extension prongs?

I have the 6 ft long ramp, which is 6 ft long plus the prongs. I'm using it to tow a 15-foot trailer, and the break even angle is just above what you'd want for the bike to avoid getting scratched at the ramp's highest point.

Is it just the ramps or does it include the trailer as well?

The ramp is all that is needed. This is ideal because it is wide enough for you to put your feet down on both sides and safely load your bike; you can try a narrow ramp, but you will almost always fall to one side or the other. It will almost certainly cost you more than the cost of the ramp if you dump it once. Well-built and extremely durable. I'm using it for a fully loaded 2019 Harley Road Glide Ultra that weighs at least 1250 pounds with me on it. This was money well spent.

Its ok
3/5

but a 3. At best, a five-star product, but it will suffice. The fact that this ramp has so many 5-star reviews astounds me. It isn't particularly noteworthy. This is a straightforward ramp. The quality appears to be good, and it appears to be well constructed. This ramp appears to fold in the wrong direction, which is one of my complaints. If you ride your bike straight up the middle of the ramp, you will get the best results. It's attempting to fold itself in half. The hinge should be on the opposite side of the door. It should also fold in the opposite direction OR have a locking pin to keep it from folding while in use. I've decided that I'm going to have to ride my bike up one of the sides. But never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, As a result of this It defeats the point of purchasing a foldable double ramp. I had the option of purchasing a single 20-foot sailboat. For less money, I could have gotten a 22" ramp that did essentially the same thing. I'm surprised that none of the other five-star reviews have mentioned this. I'm not going to return it. br>br>I'm not going to bother. because it's still good enough to load my 800 pound bike into my shed As a result, returning it and ordering something else is not worth the trouble. br>br>Also, and this isn't a big deal, but it would be nice if the hinges had a removable bolt so that the ramps could be used separately. When I bought it, however, I was well aware that this was not the case. As such, it is more of a suggestion than a criticism. Nonetheless. br>br> Having said that. . . This ramp receives a 3 out of 5 stars from me. This is a 5-star product.

This is ideal for a Harley-Davidson Bagger
5/5

This ramp is one of my favorites. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ramp I received, having previously built several over the years. Congratulations, guys!br> We use it for Harley-Davidson baggers. They are quite substantial. This ramp is solid as a rock. It's half the weight of our old ramp and doesn't flex when loading.
None. It's convenient that it folds in half. br>br> This makes it a lot easier to handle when putting it away or storing it. br>The ramp is made entirely of welded steel. The welds appear to be in excellent shape. All of the cross pieces you walk on, as well as the bike tires, are made of ribbed aluminum extrusions. The bike tires and the soles of your boots both benefit from them. You'll never have to worry about a boot getting caught in the ramp because the cross pieces are close enough together. The design is excellent. It took a long time for someone to get it right. Finally, the ramp I got was made in the United States. My work is of excellent quality. How often do you see a product with a great price, excellent engineering, and is made in America? What is there not to like about this?.

For my shed, I made a gold wing ramp
5/5

It works great because it has twice as many cross pieces as standard RV or cycle ramps, preventing your feet from falling through as you back out or in. It came with safety straps to ensure that the ramp does not fall apart while in use. To hook them up, all you have to do is install I bolts. It's well worth the money, and I really enjoy it.

For the money, this is a good ramp
5/5

I've had this ramp for almost a year and can't think of anything I don't like about it. It's what I use to get a 700-pound Harley (FXD) into and out of a shed with a 9-inch-high door. It's wide enough that I can comfortably back my bike out without fear of falling off the edge for this purpose. You shouldn't use it to deal with elevation changes of more than 12" as stated in the description. It's only a few minutes long.

It's a good ramp, and it's well worth the investment
4/5

This is a great ramp. It's what I use to load into a storage facility. Non- ratchet tie is a term used to describe a type of tie that is If installed as directed, downs are a little flimsy and allow the ramp to rise a little. Before attaching them to my storage building, I looped them over the outside edges. However, I plan to replace them with ratcheting tie downs. It appeared to be the best ramp for my particular use based on all of my research, and while it isn't perfect, it serves its purpose admirably.

This is the ideal solution
5/5

Exceptional. We both ride bicycles, my husband and I. We needed a new way to load our tandem tow dolly with our bikes. I came across this ramp while looking for a solution. I ordered it on the spur of the moment, and it turned out to be exactly what we required. The ramp is ideal for loading my VStar 650 and my husband's VTX1300 onto our dolly, which I am 61 years old. On the way up the ramp, there's plenty of room for the bike and solid footing. I'm looking forward to using it as we travel around this winter. Thank you for producing such a high-quality item.

Customer service is outstanding! Great service! I contacted the seller on February 28th before purchasing the ramp and asked if he could get it to me by March 3rd, and he assured me that he could
5/5

The big brown truck just dropped it off on the morning of March 2nd! Thank you so much for facilitating that. I haven't opened the ramp yet, but it appears to be a high-quality product from what I've seen so far. Thank you once more!.

My Goldwing will love it
5/5

The 4' version of this ramp is perfect for loading my GL1500 onto my Kendon motorcycle trailer. A Goldwing is a very heavy and bulky bike, so you could easily end up in a world of hurt without the right ramp. When it came to loading my bike, I didn't flex at all. A five-star ramp deserves five stars.
