They're designed for F-Series models from 2015 onwards. F-150 and F-150 and F-150 and F-150 and F-150 and F-150 250 With some door modifications, they'd probably fit. The rings will not space the speaker far enough from the speaker opening to clear the basket on most speakers because you are trying to install a slightly larger speaker.
In a 2015 F 150, they were a perfect match for the front door speakers.
These aren't for the back speakers; instead, they're for the front. There are six in the back. 5", as well as Metra lines 82 and 83. If you have a 2015 or newer vehicle, you'll need part number 5605.
I think that would work fine with a little ingenuity, though there would be some space left over on one side.

The Pioneer AS speakers I installed matched the mounting holes perfectly, and this bracket fit perfectly in my truck's factory speaker locations. I would have given it five stars if the bolts that came with it had not worked to secure the speaker to the bracket, so I had to dig through my toolbox for some screws large enough to bite into the screw holes. This will suffice, but you should expect to spend some time looking for the necessary hardware.
All of the holes were perfectly aligned, but the screws that came with the adapter were terrible and didn't grip the adapter very well. The adapter's speaker to adapter screw holes are too large for them to thread into properly, and you'll strip the holes. Invest in better/wider screws, or hope that the speakers you purchase come with the necessary hardware.
They might fit the door, but not my JBLs, I'm guessing. They don't include any screws for mounting the actual speaker to the adapter, so I had to use zip ties. They do, however, fit the door perfectly. This is a picture of my 2015 Ford F150. It's most likely my fault, so check to see if your speaker is compatible.

150 I needed these to install new Pioneer D Series 6x9 component speakers in my 2016 F-150's existing openings. There are 150 doors in the front. It worked perfectly and kept the speaker safely tucked away behind the door.
This one has a hole, which is great, but the speaker's mounting screws are too long to use the clip-style fasteners that come with many speakers. Because I wouldn't trust the wallowed-out plastic holes to hold a speaker, I flattened the clips so the screws would have something substantial to go into. These were purchased for my 2015 Ford F150 XLT, which was outfitted with a Pioneer TS-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX They were an exact match for A6986R. It only took a few minutes to put together, and even the pioneer speaker holes were perfectly aligned. These are something I would strongly suggest.
It was a perfect fit for my truck. I was planning on making something, but I'm glad I waited and ordered this. I also placed an order for a wiring harness. If the wire holes on the side of the bracket accepted the plastic clip for the harness better, I'd give it five stars. Overall, this is a good product.
