I recommend buying. It is first and foremost ATROCIOUS that the audio quality is SO GOOD. I don't believe that I have somehow managed to plug an old record player into my helmet due to the hissing, crackling, and popping. There were some problems installing it since the big fat plug connectors did not In addition, the curve they placed on the device doesn't seem to fit anywhere on my helmet properly (RPHA70 ST).
Now that I have it installed, the sound is utterly useless. This device provides little or no assistance with directions from my GPS and is useless for playing You may want to look at other brands (After this THING I am not going to trust Sena to do anything right again). I am not expecting high fidelity or rumbling bass, but I was expecting weak bass and NOTHING at all. There's a constant HISS and CRACKLING again, and it drives me crazy. The song is truly terrible, and I'm stunned that anything made in the last 20 years could sound this awful. All of the pics I saw showed a relatively slim unit, and that's why I bought it. The ugly lump of a battery pack you have to stick somewhere else on your helmet was a pleasant surprise. Another lump of plastic about the size of the Sena unit itself is almost twice as thick with more wires you have to cover up. It is very ugly and it does not belong in a home. I like the look of the Sena but the battery is a black rectangular lump of plastic, not a cylindrical lump of metal. A. looks like crap and I wouldn't even install it if B. were ok with it. It didn't matter what the communications unit was It's not financially possible for us to buy another one at this time. Considering my expectations, it was unrealistic of me to expect the slim unit to have a battery built in. However, please let me see all of the parts, and how dang ugly it all looks when installed, so that I can make an educated choice. Overall, I am disappointed with the poor audio quality (they only had ONE job, that sort of thing) and when I can afford to, I'll be removing this piece of junk from my helmet and throwing it into the I feel the need to add something positive, they even included many velcro patches, 3m style double-sided foam tape, a wired microphone for helmets of various kinds, two foam wind screens, and many other little bits and pieces that allow one to customize this unit. Even if they sent me a total lemon of a device, this is a nice touch, especially if not all of them sound like crap.

They are the same bikes I bought, we both ride KTM 450EXCs. There was some concern that we might not be able to hear clearly because of the engine noise, but it doesn't seem to be Even when I only turn up the volume about half, I can clearly hear him. As I ride my bike in VOX mode, the exhaust does break squelch, so I am basically transmitting all the time. Our full face helmets were wired with speakers and microphones. The job took around an hour but wasn't exactly difficult if your helmet has a removable interior. Our batteries last all day, two full charges will get us through a full day. Besides running a GoPro camera under the visor on my helmet, I also run a camera through the front of the My buddy's voice can be heard by the camera because one of the two speakers in the headliner is mounted near the mic, so both sides can be recorded. They only disappoint me in the sense that line of sight is pretty much the only option. When we're in a hilly or canyon environment or can't see each other, we lose our connection pretty quickly. In a straight-line It stands for "line, in-" With this device I can see a view out to at least a 1/4-mile distance. I can also connect my iPhone so that I can listen to music with surprising fidelity. My attention hasn't even begun to wander along the rest of a number of features. In general, the units have been a great buy for us.

I bought it to communicate with him and got a lot more use out of it than I had I am not sure how other people are stating these issues because my brother and I have not been affected by them. After I bought it, I have used it every day, even updating the firmware when I gave it a try for the first time. It's amazing that I used to ride so long without a way to listen to my music on my commute and get calls, as well as make and receive calls from my phone with no problems. that comes with receiving calls is unmatched, and the sound quality of the speakers, especially when speaking into the microphone, is surprisingly good. Even though I ride at speeds that range from 45 to 80 mph, I can maintain a conversation with none of my fellow riders. It's hard to say enough good things about this, and I'm not feeling like writing more than I have already. For the price of these two units you're getting a great product. I will purchase another unit for my wife to ride.

My allegiance to the outside world had been suppressed for years I want to keep my life mainly tangled up on two wheels, however, I discovered the joys of motorcycle GPS and the custom routes it builds, and then I decided I wanted a turn-by-turn navigation system too. Please turn in my ear so I can hear you. Additionally, I thought that sometimes it might be enjoyable to hear music instead of only the wonderful music made by my engine. Installation is easy, and if it isn't, there are dozens of videos for just about every helmet on YouTube that explain how to do it. It seems the wiring is very thin and easy to damage, but I have had no broken wires, shorts, or other issues after 2,000 miles. It would be nice if there were an increase in sound quality. It would be a great GPS direction unit if I had a primary use for it (GPS directions), but not for sound purposes. This means there is no bass or low -end to the music The tone ranges from low to high. The only person that I even consider myself is a part-time student An audiophile is blown away by these, and they produce terrible sound quality. The unit has not been tested by me- Sena is known for its excellent intercom communication, but I'm going to assume that's the case here as well. However, as far as the unit itself goes, it is not much of a concern as it is low-cost As I mentioned in the profile, I think I purchased the wrong product. It is difficult to find these buttons with gloved hands, they are stiff, and they are otherwise distracting. Would I have bought a jogger if I had thought of it sooner The type of unit has a dial. I cannot believe how long the batteries last. That is what I will give it. It has been blinking its little blue light for a few days after I accidentally left it on. The overall sound quality and operation issues (buttons) led me to give it three out of five In my opinion, this is a good product, but it does appear cheap and I like the sound. There is still work to be done for Sena to improve their sound quality, and they should choose a low-cost model Having their dial-up on their profile will enable them to continue to use the feature An adjustment based on current market conditions.
