These were a present my husband and his friend received for Christmas. They will use these when they go dirt biking with their friends. This product received nothing but praise from those who used it. All of them received the same versions, so they could easily link up with each other. The product operates normally and works well. There is a problem with the batteries on the two we bought and they need to be replaced. No charge can be held by the batteries. The batteries need to be changed whenever you go for a ride. It takes a couple hours to charge and the ads say that it will last 19 hours. My experience has been that if you charge them and go for a ride 2 or 3 days later, the battery is dead. Even if you have used them and charged them in preparation for a ride, you need to charge them again.

You can't go wrong with them! All you need to do is make sure that the speakers are placed in your helmet so that they line up with your ears and they become We are very satisfied with the quality! Intercom systems such as mesh can be incredibly helpful when riding with bigger groups. The battery is easily capable of lasting 12+ hours.

I am very pleased with how well it works There is some volume, but it is not too If it were louder, I would listen to my music more. It is difficult to hear a phone call well because of the quality. Whenever I call my husband at the moment he is riding on his motorcycle, I cannot.

While Sena is an amazing product, it did arrive on time. Neither a USB cable nor a power adapter were included. My contact at Sena told me that a new password would be sent. The mystery of why none were in the sealed box is still a mystery. The dealer is a great seller and I will purchase from them.

It was the FM radio that was the only good thing about this set. We couldn't hear each other nicely, the ambient noise setting didn't help, and when we were connecting with the mesh setting, it constantly went from connected to disconnected, so annoying we just stopped using them altogether.
