(Single) is clearly stated, so it is not the dual set, a dual set will cost you about $400 for a total of two devices (dual).
I believe that the 20s and 30k work very well together.
It is a fact that there are too many people selling this that do not know what they are doing and have misrepresented the property. Thank you for pointing out this, I will attempt to fix it as it should say Single or Dual.
In the photo, you can see the module which can be removed from the base, each unit comes with a base and a Having two helmets may make it all the more convenient to buy an extra base and transfer the module from one to the other.

It feels cheap, is dreadfully large, and falls short of its claims. A dual kit was purchased. When I installed it, the first thing I noticed was how large it is on The size of a small child. Pairing to the phone was no problem. Streaming music was no problem. There are no problems at all. However, this is a pretty basic feature that every headset has now, so it's not a big deal. In the years that followed, I could not think of a single thing that worked well. Here are a few things that come to mind Please note *br/*br/*- There is an alarming amount of lag in the app, making it nearly unusable- When traveling on a highway, a voice command is ineffective - It is definitely possible to set up Mesh Intercom, but it requires setting up every time you turn on, sounds digitalized instead of Bluetooth, has poor battery life (we can't get more than six hours at most), and unfortunately the reason I purchased this model in the first place*. A gloved hand trying to find a Mesh Intercom button is like trying to find a Tic-Tac Place a tac under the seat of your car while you drive. I-n- d And so on. And so on. And so on. I wore one of the mesh Cardo Pack headsets yesterday with some of my buddies who also own these. In the 30K, it took me about 2 miles to realize I made the wrong choice. Talking began as soon as the speakers were turned on. That's all there is to it. Despite the background noise, the voice was clear and the music was where I wanted it to be. Everything seemed to go well. I'm forced to send these back simply because I have no other choice. The idea of playing a "beta-game" does not interest me The Sena team is using you as a "tester" until they can figure out how things work.
It introduced me to the beauty of things to come. It is simply not necessary to upgrade to the 30k if you're in the market for one. The 20s is what you should buy if you're in the market for a new communicator, right?
I come from the 20s and love it. It gave me the delights of having music, my phone, a GPS, and the Google Assistant, while talking to others with the intercom. It is WHILE in the keyword.
If you need to do anything on your phone, the 30k will prevent you from using the intercom. There will be these people who claim their plan works if everyone had a 30k, but that's an unrealistic and downright stupid suggestion, and people with the 20s won't need the downgrade anyhow. . . . it will not be easy for me to just get rid of the 20s to test if it works with just 30ks. I have two 20s and a 30k and there is no way in hell I'm getting rid of the 20s. I have not forgotten what it feels like to listen to music or navigation on the radar while talking on the intercom with my friend.
If I had the option, I would give zero stars and burn this. With the 30K, Sena took a step backwards. As long as you ride with a 30K, you'll have a hard time listening to music and talking to their passengers. Mesh technology is the only technology that supports audio multi-tasking. The Sena rep confirms that the Bluetooth module found in the 30K is actually equivalent to the module found in the SMH10, so you can't use an intercom by Bluetooth for audio multitasking.
I do not like the voice command, the jog dial I find it to be hard to work with with just bare hands, never mind while riding
For the price they are asking for this thing you would think it would be better than previous models! Here we are again, back to the SENA design board.
The voice recognition function is faulty and does not work as advertised, it does not recognize the commands given to In the same way as Siri when it was first released, it is terrible.
I have to go through the pairing process every time I use one of my iPhones.
My 20S was generally a joy to use, so I bought this unit. This product, and the lack of support offered by Sena, disappointed me very much. The pros are Please note *br/*br/*- I like mesh just the way it is. The problem is that it kills the battery as well. I-n- d In the app, you can control the audio mixer. Then continue reading I have not taken time to test deeply yet, but bluetooth audio quality may be better than it was on The cons are I-n- d An increase in startup time has been reported. All the beeps and notifications are different from those of the 20S. He starts off by saying, I called my 20S and said "Hello!" It sounds a little nicer if I use it. Then continue reading On the product page for the 30K, you can see a docking station prominently displayed. The package does not include a docking station. Yes, it's not on the "included in the box" sheet, but without a direct link to the product page and no way to buy the charger separately on the website, that's a little I-n- d I do not recommend this app. Changing any setting after the FM radio has been turned on, for example, will jump to the FM radio right after the settings window has been closed. A large amount of time passes between each action. I-n- d In the 21st century, voice control is the same as it used to be. I-n- d I am extremely annoyed by the "shark fin" thing on the 20S. To change the way the volume is controlled, I need to make some adjustments. Gloves make it impossible to carry the 20S as easily as when you don't have them on. Having a fin in place makes it difficult to control quickly. I-n- d When the antenna is down, it is difficult to operate the mesh button. It is easier to release the antenna with gloves on than it was for the 20S. I can understand why this is intentional. I-n- d Sadly, one of the units had a defective jog dial that would not allow the user to rotate the dial. I could press the button but it would be stuck (and ask me to press and hold it), or it would just not work, or it would respond inconsistently so I couldn't tell if I had pressed the button. Then continue reading Usually, the microphone on the older model doesn't work and will cut in and out. I'm not sure if that was the case with the base or the unit. I-n- d The support was horrible to deal with in regards to these issues. The time I saved confirming the purchase of a product that hasn't even been on the market for a tenth of its warranty period was more than what I spent actually resolving the issue. I returned it after over a week of waiting for an RMA number (they did not even contact me). I might try it again as my friend used one of the headsets and had a good time listening to the rest of us on rides (but unable to speak back) with it. There's a lot of truth to what people say about Sena and new product releases.
