The helmets were mounted in our ski helmets so that we could talk on the mountain and in lifts. Their attention to detail was superb with three kids coming from different directions for a week. Sometimes there was noise from unusual beep interference, but there were also times where volume was exceptionally low. It was a good range. In terms of the Bluetooth connection to phones, we were uninformed of how it worked, and unfortunately answered some work calls while on holiday, but I think it was more because of user incompetence than poor product.
