Questions & Answers

I'm not sure why this is referred to as a battery charger by everyone. This is a USB charger that you can use to charge your devices. I'm not sure what I'm missing here. ?

People are probably perplexed because this is a charging port that is directly connected to the battery terminals. It's not a charger, but rather a set of proper leads for connecting a charger to. The fact that you can charge devices at 5v/2amp when the USB interface box is plugged in is likely the source of the confusion. When it comes to charging your motorcycle battery, simply plug in the usb box and connect it to your trickle/12v battery charger. If you want a hub to charge your vehicle's battery and a device charger on the go, this is the setup for you.

Is the adaptive fast charging/scp/fcp charging technology supported by this USB charger? I bought two more that claimed to be but weren't. ?

I'm not sure in terms of technicalities. It was never a problem for me to charge my S9 while riding. I sold my bike since I installed it, but it did say fast charging when I plugged in the phone, if I recall correctly. It was a great success.

Will it charge or work with the battery in my blue tooth helmet (600ma)?

Yes has a rating of two. You only need 0 amps per port for a total of 4 amps. 6 amps per hour

Which of these Voltage and Amp adapters should you use to connect your cellphone to your motorcycle?

The first, because the others are chargers for the battery, not the phone.br>

For the price of one, you can get two for the price of one

I'm impressed with this because I must have missed the part where the voltmeter displays both the volts and the amperage of the load in real time, which makes the voltmeter alone worth the $12 investment. br>br>Plus, it has dual USB ports that can charge most USB-powered devices, as well as SAE connectors for your battery? br>br>I'm not sure if this is a voltmeter that also serves as a USB charger or vice versa. What I do know is that it outperforms my more costly Battery Tender USB adapter. On the other hand. . . br>br> or, more accurately, minor annoyances. 1. br>br> Because there is no way to turn off or put the voltmeter into sleep mode while it is in use, you must factor that into the total load. br> In my situation- Constant voltage measurements aren't necessary because I'm using a 101Wh deep cycle battery to power my 5V 1A wifi camera, but they're also not a problem in the grand scheme of things because the additional power draw is minimal. However, if your power source isn't as plentiful and recharging is a problem (e. g. , if your power source isn't as plentiful and recharging is a problem), you may want to consider If you're stranded on a desert island with a half-dozen other people, It's something to consider if you have an empty motorcycle battery. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br Some bare copper wire jotting out near the rings of the SAE terminal ring connectors needed to be covered with electrical tape (or solder) to keep it from oxidizing. br>br>It's impossible to overestimate the functionality, practicality, and value this thing provides at the cost of minor inconveniences. br>br>To cut a long story short, this product met my expectations and exceeded them. I was only looking for a USB adapter, so everything else was a bonus;.

Worth it
4/5

I purchased this for my 2019 Harley-Davidson Sport Glide because the USB port on the bike was underpowered and I had blown it out. Instead of paying thousands of dollars, two camels, and my firstborn child to the dealership, I chose this product. Installation was a pain, but that's always the case when you're getting to the battery on a bike, and mounting it was impossible because the cord was too short to get it far enough away from the engine to a place I could put it. For the time being, I've zip tied it on, but it appears to be holding up well. But it keeps unplugging for some reason; it could be vibration, but I'm not sure; I had to grab my USB charger wire at 60 mph to save it! I'll be very happy with this product if I can solve my mounting problem! Oh, and don't forget to turn it off when you park your bike!.

There will be no more phone calls
4/5

I like the on/off button, quick charging, and being able to see how my battery is doing. This worked perfectly on my FZ09, and I also use the quick disconnect as a battery tender. The cap does not appear to have a good seal, but it held up well to a hose when I washed the bike last week. However, be careful how you orient the box during installation.

It does exactly what it says
4/5

The packaging was excellent, and I received everything I ordered. The voltage readout didn't match up with a digital volt meter I'd had for a while, but the difference wasn't significant enough to affect my implementation. Apart from that, I bought it because of the USB port. That is something I have not yet attempted. Based on the materials used, it appears to be a high-quality product. I have no experience with the longevity of their products, but it was reasonably priced, so if I get a year or two of use out of it, it will be worthwhile.

that is sufficient The power cord is a little short; it just barely reaches the center of the handlebars on my DRZ400S
5/5

Charges my Samsung S7 while the screen is always on while also charging two action camera batteries with the second port. If you're power washing your bike, I recommend using a plastic bag to protect the unit from water; the rubber cover may suffice in the rain. Water and USB devices do not mix. br> The display is nice; I can see the battery voltage of the bike (whether it's running or not), as well as the volts and amperage going to each device that's being charged. This item appealed to me so much that I purchased a second.

It's a great way to give your car USB charging ports! In my Honda S2000, I used this to add a USB charging port beneath the dash
5/5

The factory 12v outlet is located between the seat-back and the console. backs. Adding a car charger, as well as running a USB cable from it to a device mounted on the dash or windshield, is visually obtrusive. The charging speed is very reasonable, and the ability to unplug the USB and upgrade at a later date is a huge plus. br>Running a cable from beneath the dash is a much cleaner solution, and this adapter worked perfectly.

This is on my tractor as well as my lawnmower

This appears to be capable of achieving my objectives. The one that I received as an on-site fuse, where they said it ran but the battery was dead, is the one that I received as an on-site fuse. turn off the switch I would tell a friend about it.

It's a good product that does what it's supposed to do, but there are a few minor flaws
4/5

This does the job and does what it says or does without any issues so far. The cables are of good quality, and the fuse was in good working order when it was delivered. Everything is in good working order. br>The only issues I have are that the power switch is a little small and in an inconvenient location, making it difficult to turn on and off while riding, and that the actual charger block lacks more mounting loops for the zip ties. The fact that there are only two loops on one side of the block makes it extremely unstable. I would have liked 4 loops (2 on each side) or double-sided tape or velcro included with the product. br>Overall, a great product that does exactly what it should.
