The box was straight out of the box and I loaded it on the The light in one of the rooms is not working. In order to make this better, I have decided to make edits. The item was in my possession and I was unable to return it due to needing it. I did not contact Amazon or the manufacturer regarding this issue. My manufacturer contacted me directly, and a new light will be on its way. It is important for me to clarify that I am not disappointed with the light however, I am a little disappointed since this is a new item. Although one of the lights is burnt out, it does exactly what I want it to do and deserves In terms of customer service, I have never experienced such customer delight with any other seller before. In this case, they went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied, and I think that speaks volumes about a company's value. If I need anything in the future, I will absolutely come back to Xprite.

As the metal tip of the fuse holder was not attached to the plug in, it could not hold the fuse and spring in place, so the fuse and spring just fell In order to make sure that it would push through, I flared the back side with a tool. To my knowledge, it works fine for now

UPDATE A representative from Xprite contacted me to offer a replacement and no cost or return of the previously damaged product. This is a company I would be glad to do business with again because they know what customer service is all about!.

The situation at this point didn't seem too promising. Chinese electronics are known for their flash patterns. The number of patterns is way more than it needs to be, and some of them are just minor variations of others, so you can say it has 15 instead of There isn't much else that can be said against this product. There are magnets and suction cups that are as effective as they can get, and the cord is at least double as thick and heavy as I expected. I love how bright the LEDs are, and the overall build quality is good. Could you tell me how much it costs if you handed it to me? I would probably estimate a range of $150 to $200 200 dollars. In terms of longevity, I have little to say. Only a week have gone by since it was placed into service Despite this, I am very pleased with my purchase so far.

If you're on the fence about making the purchase, the incredibly reasonable price will encourage you to make that purchase. I've seen similar mini light bars in this class and price range, but this particular product blows the competition out of the water, including more expensive lights! Please do not just believe the word of mouth about the quality and superior craftsmanship with blow you away brightness, then to purchase a great mini light bar, click the buy now or add to cart button and waiting with anticipation for it to arrive at your door. We are sure you will not be disappointed with this product. Thought you might like to know.

Upon initial inspection I really liked their lights but was dissatisfied after some time. I realized the company stands behind their product at least in part. I found these to be extremely bright, they held on well, and they rotated with ease between vehicles. Nonetheless, less than a month after my order was placed the light began to fail. After nearly two weeks of ridiculous back and forth emails and incurring costs for a replacement, I am now receiving a replacement via USPS that, according to tracking, will take another four days to arrive. It would be great if this replacement worked. I planned to use these lights on several vehicles and pieces of equipment while I worked. The lights are an excellent solution. With such poor customer service, we're going to have to see if the problem with the first light is simply a fluke or if both the customer service and the product are substandard. My revjew will be updated once I get the replacement and have some experience with it. this point, I do not feel well satisfied with the overall ownership experience for this product.
Update As a result of contacting Xprite customer service, I felt the representative seemed sincere in their desire to help resolve my concerns. Moreover, they seem to stand behind their product and are concerned that customers are satisfied with their purchases. In the meantime, Xprite has resolved my issue to my satisfaction, and so far the replacement unit has worked without a hitch.

As of now, I am very pleased with this order, which I ordered in mid-January. Upon seeing the white amber light mix, I was pleasantly surprised at how brilliant it was. As I am traveling down the highway after dark, I notice how brightly the lighting reflects off of reflective street signs behind me. As a result, I know drivers behind me cannot help but notice Despite traveling at 65 mph, I have had no problems whatsoever with my beacon light system leaving the top of my vehicle. In the past, I've owned other beacon lights, but for now this is by far the best one I've owned. I think for the price, this has been the best beacon light I've ever bought.

Despite my efforts, there was a slight leak in the ducting after some rain, so I unfortunately will not write a detailed review. With regards to the magnet's strength, it is as follows A perfect score. I used it at VERY high speeds (100mph+) on the roof. However, I took it apart, dried it, and adjusted it back to its original form once the rain had stopped. In view of my experience with the product, I can see the following

1. There was a leak when it rained heavy, which is a big problem**2. There are two places where the clear plastic broke after putting the unit back together, so it seems a bit weak. The overall impression is great. The color is bright, the cable is long and the modes are excellent. But it does leak when it rains. OH, and the magnet is powerful and very magnetic.

It's amazing how bright that is! Despite my need for portable and bright lights, I wanted something I could mount on my ATV. With my truck, I have a mini-Edge Whelen, which is rated for the highway. In addition, I paid over 400 dollars for it. In spite of this, the ATV is clearly not meant to be used on the highway, so after reading the reviews of a light bar with 15 flash patterns for under 50 bucks, I decided to give it Oh yes, it's so bright I almost need a pair of sunglasses. The price was totally worth it.
