If you leave the switch on when you stop the car, it will continue to run in the same mode when you start it again. What kind of power source you have has a big impact on this. If you leave it plugged into a full-time on power terminal, such as a cigarette lighter in a car, you'll have to turn the light switch to the off position to keep it from burning constantly, and when you turn it back on, it'll default to the original setting. If you leave it plugged into a keyed power source, it'll stay in the mode you set it to when you turn it back on.
Hello, friend, this light has a mode that does not flash, so it will just stay lit.
Only red and white are available in this emergency light.
Please accept my apologies; we do not have green, but we do have blue/red.

I bought these to put in the back glass of my patrol truck because my overheads aren't visible from the back because they're so far forward, and they've worked out great so far. I live in Texas, and I've had these in the cab in temperatures as high as 100 degrees outside, with the cab being significantly hotter. So far, the lenses haven't melted or deformed in any way. For what I needed, the flash patterns were adequate. In terms of brightness, they're excellent for the price. Is there a way to make the lights shine brighter? Yes, if you're willing to spend an additional $200. Do you have any lights that can be dimmed? They certainly exist. The brightness on these is noticeable during the day and is blinding at night. These are TIR, which means they're much less bright when viewed from an angle than when viewed directly. They've also got a good range. So far, there have been no issues, but we'll see how they hold up over time.
When I'm acting as a fire police officer, this is the perfect size for my front windshield as a traffic warning. I use my blue strobe on the way to the scene and add all-weather reflective tape. When I arrived, the room was amber. To the rear, I've installed a larger traffic strobe. In Connecticut, we are not allowed to use white in the back, and they encourage all-black attire. All traffic warnings will be in the amber color. The cord on my Toyota Highlander is long enough to be used on the front windshield.
I really like this product, and it works well for the most part; however, there are two issues that I see: 1- Occasionally, after being set to a desired function, they revert to a solid light setting and must be adjusted again 2- I've recently noticed that the clear diffuser has started to melt and disfigure; I'm not sure if it's due to internal heat or the sun, but it's still happening. While at a traffic stop last night, I noticed that half of the blue LEDs on one light had failed. Is there any way to fix this? Is it possible for me to purchase the LED set and install it myself? I don't want to be without the extra lights at all.
For my job, I've needed a strobe light for a long time but have been putting it off due to high prices and a distrust of the less expensive options. Finally, I decided to trust the reviews and buy this one for less than $30. I had high hopes of being let down. Shouldn't you expect garbage for less than $30? I was, however, mistaken! This strobe is ideal for my requirements. When I park on the shoulder or side of a road, traffic from two blocks away begins to react to my strobe - excellent visibility during the day and excellent visibility at night. And this is in direct sunlight in the middle of the day. I used to just use my four-year-old son's four-year-old son's four-year-old Vehicles would nearly hit me before they noticed my car because of the way flashers. It wasn't uncommon for me to hear the squeaking of brakes and see unobservant drivers swerve to another lane at the last possible moment. All of those issues have been resolved thanks to this flasher. br>br>One minor quibble. The plug has the controls. The length of the wire is insufficient. It's not a problem at all if you use it on the front dash. At the back window, I use the flasher. The wire is dangling from the backseat. Because the controls are built into the plug, I won't be able to use an extension. This is a minor flaw that I'd like to see addressed, but it has no bearing on my ability to use the product.
For a variety of reasons, I was hesitant to purchase. (1) It's Amazon, and good quality bright lights usually cost hundreds of dollars, (2) the price was almost too good to be true, and (3) there were other reviews. br>br>I bought two of these lights to put in my car's dash. One is driving a personal vehicle, while the other is driving a department vehicle. With a price tag of $50, I figured it was a good deal to give them a shot. They had been installed for about 3 weeks before I was able to use it for an actual emergency call (other than testing). For about 20 minutes, I was parked at the scene. I noticed that all of my other lights were flashing, but this one had stopped after 30 minutes. Because everything else was working, I knew it had to be the light and not the power source. When I contacted Amazon, they informed me that I had exceeded the return period and that I should contact the seller for a warranty. When I explained what had happened to the seller, they offered to replace the light for me. br>br>Tonight, I installed the new light, as well as a second one, to create a dual visor light. I re-tested the original to see what would happen, and the left module started smoking. Clearly, there is a significant problem within the light. That has been returned to Amazon in a box. br>br>The two new lights are very bright and look great in the windshield. I'm taken aback. Let's hope one of the lights was a fluke and the rest of them work out. Please find the video below. I removed the flash guard from one of the lights and flipped it around so that the white was in the center. br>br>The suction cups were ineffective. I used 3M locking tape, which is extremely durable in all weather conditions.
