In terms of the design, it appears to be well made and of good quality. The amber lens seems to be strong, and I would presume the rear case is ABS plastic. I would not trust them on bumpy roads because the back good solid metal bracket magnets screw into a threaded hole on the bracket magnets seem to be strong, but I would not trust them. The bracket should have a threaded hole so it could be mounted more permanently. As each light operated, I timed one of them and it lasted less than 9 hours while the other one only lasted a little longer. Now is the time to recommend this product. This product is made in China, which is why it only gets two stars. My rating would have been higher if it had been made in the United States.

The fact that these lights were so well built and bright out of the box was a nice surprise. I like that the carrying case is very nice and I like how the lights don't feel cheap.
