Each 1156 LED conversion light bulb has a single contact bayonet base and contains 48 high power SMD-2835 chips mounted on a 2 inch light surface with one side directional lighting pattern specifically designed for Harley-Davidson bullet type rear turn signal light, tail light, and brake light. It produces brilliant red color and 1300 lumens @ Total 6 Watts. Plug and play design with no polarity.

3-1/4 Inch Flat Style turn signals are not compatible with this part. The two screws that hold the lens to the base distinguish flat style turn signals. Because the bases of the single contact bayonet 1156 and dual contact bayonet 1157 differ, please double-check the owners manual or the original bulb number of the harley light position before ordering.

The 1156 LED harley light bulb does not have any CanBus errors and does not have anti-hyper flashing capabilities. To ensure that LED bulbs light up with full power and to prevent LED bulbs from hyper flashing, blinking, flickering, warning, or any malfunction error code on the dashboard, 50W 6OHM load resistor decoders or flasher relays may be required. Load Equalizers are not required on 2011-2017 Softails, 2012-2017 Dynas, 2014-2017 Sportsters, 2014-2017 Touring Models, and 2014-2017 CVOs. A Load Equalizer might be needed on older models.

Hello there, and thank you for contacting us. There hasn't been any feedback on the installation of the 18 sportster yet. If you've installed LED bulbs before and they've caused hyper flashing or other incompatibilities, you'll need a qualizer to keep the error work to a minimum.

Is this part compatible with a Harley-Davidson Street Glide from 2012?

Hello there, and thank you for contacting us. Please make sure that the front turn signal is bullet type and that the original bulb's base is 1157 double contact bayonet. It'll work if that's the case.

It's pricey, but it's a lot of fun

On my 2005 Harley-Davidson Road King, I've been very pleased with these so far. They're pricey; I need two more pairs, but I'll definitely buy these in the future. One that was significantly less expensive was purchased by me. the ones with the wires running through them They didn't fit well because they were too large in diameter, and putting the lens caps on was too difficult, and I broke two of the tabs. Plus, they're crookedly seated in there. These are much brighter, smaller, and better suited to your needs. It's simple to put on the lens caps. The turn signals do, in fact, flash faster. I believe this is referred to as hyper flash. I'm not sure how important that is to me. I'll have to look into those wiring add-ons. Not likely. These are what I recommend for Harleys. I just wish a pair of them was about $15 cheaper.

I had previously purchased two LED type replacements that either did not function as advertised or could not be properly installed on my Harley Street Bob. What you pay for is exactly what you get. However, compared to regular bulbs or smaller LED units, the prices for these aren't as outrageous as some other LED organizations charge, and they work just as well. I'm pleased with this purchase (after failing to be satisfied with two other options, both of which were not from Amazon).

This LED is outstanding

Because the reflector interfered with the LED housing, it had to be forced into the bullet house. However, it functions perfectly and is extremely bright. This should be used in conjunction with the Custom Dynamics triple play brake/run/tail module. From the back, it's now very bright and noticeable. Safety has been increased. with any luck Because there aren't many rides with this setup, I can't comment on how long it will last.

My 2015 Fat Bob's stock turn signals were a perfect fit. It's bright enough, and I like how the running light has a white ring, which changes to solid yellow when the blinker is activated. Keep in mind that the white ring is extremely bright, almost blinding oncoming traffic.

Three of the halo leds burned out before the first ride

Easy to install, but three of the halo leds burned out after only one day of use. I wasn't able to ride due to the weather, so I didn't get to experience the full effect; I would not recommend this product.

These were just put in. ——— ——— ——— – – – – We'll see how long they last, but hopefully they'll outlast the first ride. For the time being, five stars. It is simple to put on. The colors are extremely vivid. Furthermore, it is inexpensive. br>br>I returned to give an update. So after a few hours of riding, my only gripe is that I can't listen to music due to light electro wave interference. When I don't have to, I'm not going to add a capacitor to make it work. As a result, it gets two stars from me.

As stated in the title, it took me less than 2 minutes to install on my softail custom, and it looks much better than the halogen bulbs. A triple play or load equalizer is required if you do not already own one.
