Are these clear lights or do they have a yellowish-dark hue to them?

There are no bulbs included in this plastic housing. Because the plastic is translucent, any color bulb will shine through.

Is the lens made of glass or is it made of plastic?

The lens is made of plastic. It didn't fit my 88' Silverado pickup, so I had to send it back.

Do these come with mounting screws and/or light bulbs?

No, they don't come with the lamp; you'll have to re-use the old screws, sockets, and bulbs. After six months of use, I can confidently state that it is a fantastic product.

1999 Suburban does not fit as expected

Even though Amazon says it fits, it does not. It would, as per com's prediction. Too short (leaving a gap at the top and bottom), but cutting the grill to fit the width would be necessary. There is no place for the side marker bulb. br>br> This only has two of the three bulbs required by the OEM.
