It would be better with a bulb base and amber bulb, otherwise it's As a result of missing one in the car I bought, I needed it

The bulb base doesn't come with these and it's not a standard bulb base, so I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. It was necessary to rig up a 194 bulb base using RTV to keep it in place. A second issue is that the one from the factory requires amber bulbs to work these ones do not.
