After you scrub it on, it becomes sticky. Make sure that it has time It can then be wiped off if you wish. It doesn't work at all. A turtle wax cleaner does a better job on headlights.
Most likely not, since I didn't notice any change in my sun-baked headlights
You might just end up with scratches on your glass windshield since the headlight covers are plastic, and the abrasives in this product may just scratch your plastic covers. It is my hope that this has helped you.
The product I don't know if it will remove hard water from your shower door, but a portable steam cleaner may.

I have tried several of these products on Amazon marketed as "Headlight Restoration. ". blame Amazon for the products I've purchased because they simply provide a platform for the vendors, but every single product I've purchased provided me with less than satisfactory The one I bought can be found here A step, a two-step, and even a three-step product were all unacceptable, but the headlight lens was most certainly not. There are very fine grits in tooth paste, which is very useful for polishing teeth. In the end, I decided to go back to the old-fashioned Tooth Paste method and I was thrilled with the My method of using the iconic Red and White Colgate Tube with Whitening was to apply a bit of toothpaste to a towel and then rub it. When it got too dry, I would flick a bit of water on it and continue to rub it- It's a dub. We only needed less than five minutes to finish. In comparison with other "windshield" products, it delivered a clarity unparalleled in other products. I probably did not "Prep" the surface before using the tooth paste. Maybe, you say, I already had done that. Two of my headlights were done with old toothpaste, one with toothpaste that was commercially available, and one with just toothpaste. Therefore, I am convinced that the tooth paste is the right choice. All I can say is that I probably "waste" $40-45 in this way It would have been better to use the simple toothpaste and elbow grease rather than spending $50 on stuff.
A messy product. I haven't had many failed products before, but I had to comment on this for people who want a clear result. There were some results after about 5 uses, but they were not clearly discernible. I didn't like this product because it's messy and leaves white residue all over the place like a thick paste on the car, clothing, A heavy oxidation will make the product less effective. It was necessary to buy another product to finish the task. I am disappointed.
The product works great. I generally don't let the headlights of my truck get too yellowed in the first place, especially since the passenger side headlight was replaced, so it is brand new, and the driver side headlight is the original, which I have had since Because the other one is so clear, if I let the other one yellow for too long, it is very obvious to me now. In my local advanced auto discount store, I had bought a product for $11 only to misplace it and need to get a new Compared to the other one, this one was cheaper and appeared to work faster. I know that it is hard to tell in the attached pictures, but there is a notable difference after using this product.
Apply it (wipe it on, buff it around a bit, > Wipe it off) and it will solve the headlight haze problem. Eventually, it will have to be redone because what some car companies use for the glass on the headlights turns hazy with time. BUT, this is a fast and easy fix. It is easy to I can see better in the dark now that my headlights are back to being bright. You also get the following bonus I love the way my headlights look I have used this product for quite some time now and I absolutely love it! There is no way I could give it anything less than 5 stars!.
After using this product, I was hoping for at least a 50% improvement and ideally a 75% improvement, but was amazed when I saw a Having just taken the after shot, I can see nothing but bright, shiny headlights!.
We had hazy headlights on our Honda Accord, and after trying so many remedies like baking soda and toothpaste, we gave up and bought Rain x headlight restorer instead. No, it did not do that at all. I used it twice and it did nothing. I got a little improvement down in the bottom quarter of my headlight, but where I need it to work, this product failed me. Our headlights seem to be too bad for a miracle, I don't know, but this stuff didn't do a thing! In the included image, you can see my headlights AFTER using the product. Before and after pictures would have been great, but I did not think to take one.
According to the directions, I followed them. The day wasn't very busy. To scrub it in, I applied it again and used a Magic Eraser. It was awful to be There were only a few small spots to be cleared.
We bought a 9 year old Sonata and a 15 year old pick-up truck that were both Made them look and work like new, but not exactly. There's a margin of error, but sufficiently close so the headlights were functional and It did the trick, took just a few minutes per headlight, and could be done almost anywhere. I've tried other compounds without success. Happy to hear that.
