To be quite honest, I'm not sure what you're asking about. I suggest you try a Google search. If you can't find the answer, call the BMV. They will know, but the light should have a stamp marking whether it is DOT certified or not.
On days when the sun is shining, they can be seen. As far as brightness is concerned, they are average.

There has already been a failure of this light. Since I've had it installed on my son's motorcycle for 3 months, I've had no problem. The bike is not something he rides every day, and when you do see him riding it, it's approximately 5 and 3 miles to work and school. During last week's visit to the store, I noticed the light was out of order and will replace it.
We haven't been able to connect it yet due to a lack of pre-wiring As a result, the connectors on the light do not match those found at auto parts stores, and the light does not mount to my "standard" license plate There are quite a few brackets we can't find that will mount on it 4 seems to be the number. It is not standard to space 25 inches apart.
Those brake lights will save your life on the road. So why not opt for one that is much brighter and spend a few extra dollars on it. It seems that a brake light is not a place to improvise - or at least it seems so. Because the running light was so dull, I decided to use the brighter brake light as a running light instead. I can only use this as a secondary brake light, so for me it works.
Although the wiring harness is shorter than I would have preferred, it was easy to install. My son's atv battery is located beneath the seat of his atv, so I had to splice and add wire to connect to it. As well as padding for the vibration, I would have liked it if it came with it. This looks great, but we'll have to wait and see if it lasts!.
Is a good product, but its size is small. Kawasaki quads have large taillights that measure more than nine inches in length. Specifically, they measure exactly 5 inches long, as evidenced by one of the photos. It is worth noting, however, that they have an excellent return policy.
I purchased a light that I found to be absolutely awful, and this one was much better. The water-resistant one from this brand is nice and bright! We are very happy about this.
Several weeks after I began using the light, I noticed condensation on it. In some strange way, the brake light works even though the running light stopped working shortly after.
Fast shipping, the brake light was well designed and compact, and it came with washers and nuts for easy mounting. Safe enough to be seen in the dark.
