As the locking tabs on my existing harness were broken, I encountered a similar problem. By using a cable zip tie, I was able to secure my connectors.
You are right. Taking the red wire from the halo and connecting it to the white wire with green stripes on the plug you plug it into the back of the light is very simple. Basically, the halo will light up when you go to the dlr and the lights will be on

As soon as I pulled these out of the package, they were easy to plug in and they worked instantly without any problems. At about fifteen minutes into my drive down the road, my dash indicated that my right front turn signal had failed. Perhaps I just didn't get it plugged in all the way and locking into place all the way. Upon continuing to drive for another 5 minutes or so, my dash indicated that my right front turn signal also had failed. So, when I got home, after removing both turn signals, I opened the backs of them to discover that both of them had the same malfunction the red wires were both broken at the solder joint. As it turned out, it was an extremely easy fix as I just soldered the two pieces back together. following morning, I received a dash notification indicating that my right front left turn signal lamp had again gone out, so I was pretty frustrated at this point. In addition, the black wire on the turn signal was no longer soldered due to me pulling it out once I got to work. Similarly, I pulled out the right turn signal and soldered the one that had broken back together, adding some solder to the one that was still intact for the time being for the same reason it was only a matter of time before it also broke. I had to do all the repairs myself on the turn signal, but once it was all done, it worked and looked great, but that was not supposed to be an issue because the turn signal was It can be a good idea to research a different set of turn signals if you do not have a solder gun or know how to solder.
