Like many other people looking to replace the incandescent bulbs in their vehicle's dome lights and map lights, I've seen a lot of LEDs that make a lot of claims. br>In many ways, this Carr Lighting 500 lumen LED appears to outperform the competition. It shines brighter than the majority, if not all, of its competitors right away. On the back, there's a large finned heat sink. There is no flicker and no polarity (which isn't a big deal). Because this bulb is larger than a standard 6411/T10 bulb, it will need some space around it to dissipate heat, which my vehicle dome light has. br>I'll keep you updated on how long they last. br>br>UPDATE 6/27/19br>These bulbs are still going strong. There is no flicker and they are very bright. br>I've replaced all of the interior lights (there are a total of seven) as well as the license plate light. br>I have no reservations in recommending these bulbs.

The bulbs are a perfect fit for the Hyundai Elantra's 2012 trunk light. With a little terminal end adjustment with needle nose pliers, the 2012 Elantra's trunk housing can accommodate festoons ranging in size from 31mm to 36mm. A 5mm increase in LED length can add about 100 lumens to a dimly lit area. The brightness is significantly higher than that of a standard incandescent. br>br> How many lumens are there? My flashlight produces far more brightness than the bulbs when compared to the 500 lumen flashlight shining through the map light/dome light cover. I'll give it about 400 lumens at most, but that'll be enough to provide enough white light for us to see what we're doing at night, compared to the 120 lumens incandescent bulbs. It's a great upgrade at a good price because I can see every corner of the trunk space instead of dim lighting.

2, 42mm, 3030, 3157 clear backup/reverse lights, H8/foglights, I couldn't find a Phinlion name brand H13 led front headlight hi beam/low beam for this truck, or I would have purchased it as well. All of the Phinlion name brand LEDs I purchased for my 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 MegaCab 4x4 Dually have worked flawlessly. No. B should be played. All of these Phinlion name brand LED lights work on a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 MegaCab 4x4 Dually with no extra stuff, no attachments, no splices, no cuts, no added/extra Canbus, no added/extra Resistors, you get the idea. I've only had them installed for a month, so I can't comment on how long they'll last, but I'll let you know if anything goes wrong. God Bless Each and Every One of You!.

These small lamps fit perfectly in some older Jeep XJ ceiling light housings, providing excellent visibility while climbing around in the seating area. Although they are labeled as "42mm," they are actually a little smaller. The festoon clamps had to be bent inwards to hold the bulbs, but that was no problem. Tiny extruded aluminum heatsinks help LEDs last longer. However, these are SO BRIGHT that if you need to leave your side doors open for several hours at a time, I'd recommend disconnecting them. There's no reason to play games with fate and the Gods of Heat Dissipation!.

The very weak rear hatch light is number 5 (ok, possibly the only flaw). Back there, it was essentially a nightlight, making it nearly useless for loading and unloading at night. I removed my original light from the rear hatch of my 2018 Mazda CX-S after reading reviews and seeing complaints about the LED replacement bulb being the wrong size. 5 and took a measurement of the light bulb It was precisely 31 mm in length, which is the same length as this Phinlion LED replacement. Installation took about 10 minutes, with the majority of that time spent simply removing the fixture from the rear hatch area (two screwdrivers, be careful, and pry out, as instructed in the owner's manual). br>br>The images are self-explanatory. The original light is shown first, followed by the LED light in the rear compartment. The bulb fits perfectly and is very bright.

Because of the heat sink, this bulb was a little more difficult to position correctly than the original incandescent bulb, but I eventually got it right. How long it lasts will be determined by the passage of time - I only needed one, but the package came with two.

I used to spend a lot of money on Diode Dynamics LEDs, but you can't go wrong with Phinlion LEDs for less than a third of the price.

I installed two units in a Mercedes-Benz E320 from 1999, and the light output is fantastic. So far, I've only had it for a month. The previous LED units, which were of unknown origin and had failed after a year, were replaced with these. I'm crossing my fingers that this review will last a long time, and I'll let you know if it does.
