The temperature of summer sunlight at noon (depending on the weather) is 5500K. This will be your "white" light standard.br>Anything higher, such as 6000K, is considered Summer Sun Sky, and thus shifts the color spectrum to the blue. br>Without a reference standard, the human eye will struggle to see a 500K color difference and will adjust to what is perceived as the white color spectrum.
Yes, this bulb is found in a wide range of vehicles. Simply remove the incandescent bulb and replace it with an LED bulb. Just remember to turn off the bulb you're replacing before installing the new led, as this could blow one of your fuses. Simply ensure that the light bulb is turned off before replacing it.
It depends on the location where you want to put them. Different types of lights are usually installed in vehicles for different purposes. IE. Map lights, dome lights, license plate lights, and other similar lighting fixtures are available.

UPDATE - br>After a month and a half, some of the LEDs on the bulb begin to flicker. The star rating has been reduced to one. Be careful who you buy from. - br>br>- br>br>- br>br>- br br>br>For my Fiat's side markers, I purchased the red and orange version of these lights. There were no error codes and the plug and play was simple. My headlights, fog, and DRLs are all LEDs, and as you can see, the orange keeps up with their brightness. I didn't have a picture of the red ones, but they easily compare to the orange ones in the picture shown; my headlights, fog, and DRLs are all LEDs, and as you can see, the orange keeps up with their brightness.
They are fantastic! The light does not bother me in any way. It was never bright enough with a standard bulb. This bulb is perfect for my 2001 Dodge 1500's dome light.
After hours of testing, these bulbs were chosen, and I am in love with how bright they are and how the entire interior of the boat glows blue.
Because the filament light in my car was very dim, I bought this on the spur of the moment. When I entered my vehicle information (2002 Lotus Esprit), Amazon informed me that this light would not work in my vehicle. Well - They were wrong, so I took a chance. This light is exactly what I needed. It now shines brightly in the cabin, as if it were the sun. Regardless of what others have said, the light is still working perfectly after about a month. If it doesn't work, there's another in the box. For $9, it's not bad at all!.
I'm glad I noticed it before buying a ticket tonight so I can order some replacements. br>br>I purchased these bulbs to replace the dingy stock license plate lights. These are unquestionably superior! I replaced my reverse light bulbs at the same time as these, and they're a perfect match. They're bright enough to read the plate and even light up the ground, as seen in one of the photos. On my old car, I had one of the cheap LED bars from a local store, but these are far superior. I strongly advise you to use these bulbs for your license plate lights!.
They are extremely bright, in fact, they are even brighter than my previous leds. I highly recommend them.
The bulbs didn't feel like junk, they fit perfectly in my factory map lights on my 2013 Ford F150, and they were extremely bright. I only gave them three stars for longevity because they were only installed for 10 minutes. But trust me, if you're looking for something in the dark, these guys will find it for you. **Update: one of the lights has failed. It flickers and sometimes doesn't turn on at all, so the longevity rating remains at three stars. This is an issue about which I have not yet contacted customer service.
I purchased these about 18 months ago because they appeared to be well-made and received numerous positive reviews. They're bright and, of course, simple to set up. Is it going to last? Not in the least! I used them to light up my license plate. Even though I doubt the lights were turned on for that long, this car has a handy hour meter for the engine that reads 483 engine hours. But even if that's the case, that means these LED bulbs only lasted 483 hours!br>As you can see in the photo, the SMD LEDs have come loose and are slightly discolored; there was also a metal ring on top that is now missing (though it was still in the housing). After all, there was a time when longevity was considered a bad thing. I don't think the seller/vendor will even consider a replacement now that it's been 18 months. But there is reason to be hopeful.
