Can you tell me how long this mini pod lasts? If I own a GSR 600 do I need to purchase the extension. The existing system already has additional pods, and we want to add more of them. ?

There is approximately 24" of extension wire attached to it. The wiring usually does not need to be upgraded.

I still find them to be the best. And they're very customizable, so you can add as many leds as you like. It can be plugged in and played immediately.
