There is a difference in the part numbers used for international and Canadian models.

A TriBar is a brake and a running light. The TriBar on 2014 and 2015 Road Glides and Street Glides (that already have one) can serve as a running light and a brake light. There is no way to use it on Road Gliders and Street Gliders imported from Canada or Internationally.

This is a great upgrade for Harley Daines

It has a lot of brightness and it is quite high quality. The LED tribar on the rear of my Harley is a really nice upgrade. Unlike the stock rear light, this one is a million times brighter. This high quality LED light installs in just a few minutes with no tools needed. The quality and brightness of these dynamic LED products have left me in awe. I plan to order them for my Harley so it will have a unique sound and look. An A++++++.

It is as good as it always is

It is impossible to be disappointed by Custom Dynamics' quality, fit, and finish. The tri-bar light also works as a brake signal and now I have both a running and a brake light. I also have the CD's magic strobe module, so it flashes.

This is to give you the 3rd brake light instead of just a taillight found in the stock ones. While it is true that loud pipes save lives, I disagree since the hearing impaired can drive it is more about being seen in the road!.
