Depending on your state's laws, you are free to ride with any color or color sequence you want. For the holidays, I'm riding with a variety of lights on and have had no problems with law enforcement.
My friend has the same set of lights as me, and whenever my bike comes close to his, he changes my lights by accident, I believe.
No, but if your bicycle can power a light, it should be suitable for use on a bicycle.

All of the required lengths were present. I spent far more time figuring out where to put them than I did actually installing them! The only real criticism is that the kit comes with a lot of cabling. The main power line is connected to a two-phase power supply. Each end of the line splitter connects to a four-port switch. The light strips are eventually connected to a line splitter. All of these lines have connectors, allowing you to arrange the cabling in a variety of ways and choose which length light to place where. Because there is so much wire to hide under your seat, this will take some time to figure out. You'll never be able to use all of the lighting colors and arrangements available. I especially like the music-flashing feature, but it only works when the bike is turned off. The music is too muffled to effectively interact with the lights once the motor starts. The small remote works fine, and there is a separate line switch that turns the system off completely to prevent the battery from being drained (at least, that's how I think it works). Overall, a good purchase that I am pleased with.
I'm not the type to call a company and complain about something. My initial review, which follows, was not intended to be upsetting; rather, it was intended to share my personal experience. I received a response from a representative from this company, who stated that they would gladly replace the unit. It was given to me without my asking. Her apology was accepted, and I must admit that I was pleased. Thank you, Kyla, for your dedication to the company's commitment to excellent customer service. br>br>I purchased this for my 2019 Harley-Davidson Road Glide and installed it in about an hour. It worked for a couple of days and then stopped working. Checked fuse and found it to be in good working order. Retraced all wires and found no damage or melting wires. I'm guessing it's in the command center. I've tried connecting directly to the battery and nothing has worked. This could simply be a defective unit, but that has been my experience.
It's simple to set up, and having a remote control is an added bonus. Although the lights are bright and multifunctional, they keep turning on at random in the garage, killing my bike's battery. I double-checked the instructions for the remote function to make sure that wasn't the problem. SAME PROBLEM WITH THE SECOND SET I ORDERED AND INSTALLED! Lights are properly installed, fuse is good; however, you have no idea why your product isn't working properly and may leave you stranded if you're away from home or at work all day. This is not acceptable. I've had a variety of lighting systems installed in my vehicles over the years and have never had this issue. Because I can't use the product unless I want a dead battery, I'm giving it one star for value for money.
One of the strips broke during installation where 70% of the red lights died, implying that only blue works and turning on fushia color for instance 30% will be 30% fushia and 7 Take a look at my third photo, where the red has been completely eliminated. br>br>Pretty simple to set up. Because I've only had them for a week, I can't comment on the strength of adhesion. For a battery connection, you'll need to strip down the red and black wires, and thankfully, the designers left plenty of room on the connecting wires. br>br>Another disappointment for me is the lack of WHITE! That was the only color I was interested in! They're not as bright as I'd like, but they'll do. br>br>They're also not as bright as I'd like, but they'll do. br>br>They're also not as bright as I'd like, but they'll do. br>br>They're not as bright as I'd like, but they'll do. br>br>They're not as bright as I'd like, but they' Expect to put them in for at least an hour. It takes some time to figure out where the wires should go and how to secure and tuck them away. Overall, I give it a rating of two out of five stars.
back end of the bike due to the 4-wheeler The way splitter didn't provide much in the way of length to work with when it came to placement. br>br>I had a hard time with the clips and fasteners as well. Then there was the task of concealing a slew of wires in the hopes that everything would fit into the battery compartment. br>br>I ended up drilling a hole under my seat to house the 12 volt adapter, main power switch, and excess wire. br>br>How easy was it to install? This dangling thing took me two days to think about, study, and work on. br>br>However, it's in place and operational.
As suggested, I tested before installing, and everything worked. I then began a mock setup, turned it on, and. . . NOTHING! It has ceased to operate. I re- Checked all wiring for cuts, made sure all connections were good, but it still wouldn't work. br>I'm not going to buy anything else. Obviously, there is a problem with these lights, as I am not the only one who has complained about them.
to: GOVEE. Whether you have a 12-month warranty or not, if product complaints keep coming in with the same issue, you might want to protect the Govee name and figure out what's going on. I wouldn't use it again or even re-use it. Purchase the same item multiple times simply because it has a 12-month warranty. I'm not going to re-up if it doesn't last at least a year. It is for sale. I never completed the installation in my case. However, I did test it prior to installing it as instructed in the manual.
I'm a big fan of the color scheme. br>It was simple to set up. Getting the wires to stay in the fork connector to connect it to the battery was the most difficult part. br>The sticky is great, except for one strain that wasn't as sticky as the others, and I'm worried it'll be the first to fall off. The remote control button, as well as the remote itself, are excellent. Although, if you turn on the lights with a button, they can only be turned off with a button. If you use the remote, the lights will only turn off when you press the button on the remote. In addition, the button that controls the light's pulse becomes stuck.
