Questions & Answers
Mounts can be moved along the length of the light to any position.
The brackets slide back and forth along the light's 12" length, rotating 45 degrees on each side. The brackets, in my opinion, are the piece's Achilles' heel.
If you can drill a hole and get behind it to place a nut, you're good to go. Anywhete can be mounted if this is the case.
The power out to energize the relay and turn on the light is most likely the white wire coming from the switch. The black wire is almost certainly a ground that allows the switch to light up. The red represents the battery's power input.

The lamp is bright and appears to be long-lasting. The mounting bracket has a limited range of motion and cannot be mounted on a standard truck bumper. Most importantly, the included wiring harness (which appears to be complete and simple to install) isn't adequate for the light it came with! Who would connect a 300W fixture to a 180W wiring harness? Instead of a single, higher-powered bar, the included harness appears to be designed for two fixtures.
For the money, this could be the best light bar on the planet! There's no need to spend ten times as much money on a Rigid LED light bar. You'll be fine with this. INSANELY bright, easy to install, well-made, and a great light for the price. This is the second one I've purchased, and I've recommended it to several friends. br>br>In January 2021, I flipped my last four-wheeler down a hill three times, and the Nilight 20" bar mounted on the front rack took the brunt of the punishment, but it was still functional when the quad landed at the bottom. They're incredibly resilient. After a little rigging, I was able to find a rectangular switch at my local Hardware Store that fit the precut slots in my 2021 Polaris Sportsman 850 pod. I didn't want to go through the trouble of drilling a circular hole in a brand-new Quad. Lolol. br>br>This light fits perfectly in my 2021 Polaris Sportsman 850's bumper light bar slot, and the fully adjustable mounting brackets make installation a breeze. br>br>Lumen verifiers are a must-have for any electrical engineer. Get a grip on your life. I'm not sure if the lumen count is 30,000 or 29,850. All I know is that if I look directly at the beam head, I won't be able to see for the next 30 minutes. Lolol. It's sufficient in terms of illumination. br>br>Go ahead and purchase; you'll be glad you did.
It was extremely bright, almost like a flood. It's as if it was designed specifically for my athlete. I decided to simply wire/splice it to my high beams because it was a fairly simple installation. If I start blowing fuses, I might have to use the harness that came with it, but so far so good. Only about 3% of the power is drawn by the light bar. Fingers crossed for 5 amps. The main reasons I wanted to do this were that I didn't see the need to operate the high beams and bar separately, it was a little easier (if you have a good understanding of electricity and the right tools), and it was a much cleaner install. It satisfies my needs. I raised the rating from 4 to 5 stars because I was blown away by the brightness.
First and foremost, forget about "prime"; my package went missing for three weeks! I gave up on it, and it appeared out of nowhere on my porch three weeks later. It was easy to connect, and it looks great! On a Polaris Ranger 1000, I installed this. It's perfectly mounted, and it's very bright! It's also simple to put in place. I would strongly advise others to use it.
When it comes to brightness, this thing isn't playing around. I recently purchased an ATV and desired a light bar for off-roading at night. My only complaint is that the wiring connectors from the light bar to the switch harness are the spade connector crimp variety, which means you have to crimp the spades into the light bar yourself. These connectors should have been waterproof and already connected, in my opinion.
Wow, this was supposed to be a combo set with 16 gauge wire, a toggle switch, and fuses, but I guess these guys aren't doing their jobs properly.
It was installed on my Suzuki lt230e quadrunner from 1992. Very impressive. bright . Allow me to redo these brackets if you don't mind. Not bad, but with the tooling I'm sure these people have, it could be so much better.
When it came to installing the Nilight, it was a piece of cake. A drill motor, wire cutter, and crimper were the only tools I needed. The light is well-made and bright.
