They're implying that the light is comparable to a 420w halogen. The actual wattage is likely around 60, which means it will draw about 5 amps on a 12v system. Make sure your wiring and switch can handle that, and you'll be fine.
China . Almost all light bars have this feature. Nonetheless, they're of high quality
It barely made it to the front of a Jeep Wrangler, so I could see it being too short in some situations; it all depends on the vehicle. Extenders are what they do. Simply look up Nilight harness extension on the internet. It will cost you $9 for an additional 10 feet.
It is a pleasure to greet you. br>Actually, there aren't any. br>Pero alumbra muy bien en la noche, en obscuras rutas.

This item was never sent out. As a result, it is dim. It was simple to set up- There's no need for cables. It's so small that it's difficult to notice. I'd been conned. Now I have to fight for my money back. Two weeks after the delivery date, I finally got it. Junk. The wiring harness and brackets are both missing. A harbor freight was purchased. It's fantastic. I'm planning on purchasing a second one for my other truck. Worst of all, Santosh, an Amazon customer service representative, lied to me and promised me on-time delivery.
It appears to be well-made, though the wiring harness could use a thicker gauge of wire. Everything functions properly, including the on-board computer. turn off the switch It doesn't work well in dusty conditions at night, but neither do any of the other lights that have been installed for TEN TIMES the price. Others with the most popular/expensive lights can only see better in the dark after another RZR in Arizona desert dusty conditions if they turn their expensive lights off or keep their amber protective light covers on the lights while riding at night, which greatly reduces the brightness and helps reduce the effect of the white out, such as in a snow storm that occurs in heavy dust after another RZR. So, I don't see why I should pay ten times as much for a brand name light that has the same dust issues at night. I don't ride at night very often, so this light is more than adequate for me. It also works well in wet conditions and in locations other than the Arizona deserts. When you have to remove amber covers from very expensive lights in order to use them, that is not a light that is meeting its basic requirements, especially when you are paying exorbitant amounts of money for those popular lights. This light comes highly recommended from me!.
Despite the lack of instructions in the package, the installation was fairly simple. I also ordered a license plate bracket mount, as shown in the photo. The light cannot be mounted to this bracket because of a problem. Once the light is mounted to the plate, you can't reach the allen head screws to adjust it. I went out and bought some M8 1. To fix the problem, you'll need 25 x16 stainless hex head bolts. I'm not sure if mounting to a bull bar or something similar would be an issue. The light is bright for a 20-inch bar and will be a significant upgrade over the 4Runner headlights off-road. How water resistant it is will be determined over time. Initially, I gave it four stars because of the difficulty in accessing the hex bolts as they were mounted on my application.
So I mounted it on the front of my 2018 Forester and wired it up to my high beams. Instead of the on/off switch that came with the set, I installed an on/off/on switch. This way, I could toggle the lights on or turn them on all the time with my high beams. br>br>I like the on/off/on set because I mostly use it when I'm driving through winding forest roads at night. I used to only use the high beams in my previous vehicle. But with these lights, it's a completely different story. In front of my SUV, it transforms the night into day. This is great because these roads have a lot of turns, and it's a lot easier to read these bends. It also illuminates the entire road, allowing me to see any animals crossing, even around a bend. br>br>The wiring from the lights to the battery was fine. (The battery is located near the front of the vehicle. ) Actually had more than enough for this section, so I mounted it beneath the license plate in front. However, the wiring between the battery and the SUV's cabin was a little tight. It would have been ideal if I could have added another foot or two. And I'm in a smaller SUV, so bigger ones might have more problems, but battery position could be a factor. The wiring appeared to be of good quality and was well shielded. It was nice not to have to worry about relays and fuses because I'm a complete noob when it comes to automobiles.
I've got a bull bar with pre-installed pre-installed pre-installed pre After two failed attempts to secure the lights to the mounting brackets (the allen wrench on the bolt would not tighten), it was necessary to purchase 4" carriage bolts and oversized washers to mount on the bull bar. The following is what I did:
1. I inserted the 4" carriage bolt into the bracket's mounting hole;
2. I used the allen wrench to attach the light bar to the mounting bracket, which was 7 1/2 inches from the light bar's center.
3. Step 2 was repeated for the other mounting bracket.
4. On the bull bar, it's been installed. br>br>This worked perfectly.
Not as dazzling as I had hoped. The light appears to be adequate, but at 420 watts, it should be significantly brighter. This is typical Chinese deception. However, it was inexpensive and an improvement over my previous high beams, so it was acceptable. Make one strike. The fact that you can't mount it on a vertical surface was the most frustrating aspect. You certainly can, but you will not be able to aim it straight. It will either be a little too low or upside down if you turn it over. a little bit too high Unbelievably poor design that could have been remedied with brackets that were just 1/4 inch longer. The second strike. br>br>All right, let's get started. I chose "can't install" on the return form because I can't install it for my pretty common application. you know. Having a headlight that points straight ahead is an example of this. The only free return option after I filled out the return request was to drop it off at a UPS store, which is inconvenient. Then I noticed they had a kit for mounting it on a bull bar, so I ordered that as well, and we'll see how that works out. As a result, the total cost will rise by $14.
Based on the reviews I've read online, this appears to be updated, with better hardware such as lock washers and regular washers. The hardware is made entirely of stainless steel. Bright, bright, bright. Installing it was a breeze. Today I put a new front bumper on my crosstrek. For the roof, I'm going to get another one of these.
