Because you are required to cover these types of lights when driving on public roads in most states, the OP may be asking. If you don't, you'll get a ticket. In most states with drive-in vehicle inspections, if you don't have covers, you'll fail. That's why many of them have covers on them; it's not because they're weatherproof.
OP: I haven't been able to find anything.
Only the forward and backward tilt is adjustable.

I strapped it to my work truck so I could see better on the old dirt roads I have to drive every day. It has a lot of space in front of it as well as on the sides. I wasn't crazy about the brackets that came with it, but I managed to make them work. br>br>So, just for a laugh, after you guys install this on Tuesday 1- 18 On that particular day, I only got to use it a few times. Around 5 a. m. on Wednesday: 45 I'd just turned on cruise control and smoked a deer with the front of my truck. Mind you, I had just placed this light bar there. The impact of the dear severed the wires on the bumper, destroying the bumper brackets and launching the new light bar into the air. I decided to see if the light bar still worked today after finding it and inspecting it. What did it do, you might ask? So here's what I'm getting at. br>br>Even after colliding with a deer at 70 mph and being thrown from a truck, this bar still works. It may appear battered, but it's a fantastic piece that has withstood something I expected to destroy it. This is one I'd buy over and over!.
The 2012, JK lens was exactly what I was looking for from Nilite. It had worked great throughout the 9 months of use, but after noticing a faint condensation at the inside the lens, then more, now more condensation when the temperature is getting down this winter.
I bought two of these 20" light bars, one with the wiring harness and the other without, for my John Deere 2305 tractor. I mounted them on the top of the roll bar to keep the light from being blocked by the loader bucket and rear implements. Because I have to do most of my snow removal after dark during the winter, these will be a huge help and improvement over the stock lights. The battery connection wire on the provided harness was too short, so I made a longer one out of 16ga and ran it from the battery up underneath the driver's seat, where I used crimp connectors and shrink tape to connect it to the provided harness (had to cut off the stock battery ring connectors). The harness that came with it worked perfectly from there. The relay was installed beneath the back fender, where there were numerous factory wires. The switch wire was long enough to reach the dash, and I had a blank spot on the dash where I could mount the switch. I built a wooden bracket to mount the lights back to back on top of the roll bar, one facing forward and the other facing backward, using 5/16" carriage bolts through the factory drilled holes in the roll bar. I used plastic wire protector tubing to cover the harness and wiring in the engine compartment, and zip tied everything together. br>br>I love how bright it is, and the adjustable mounting brackets make it easy to line everything up. The construction appears to be of high quality and durability. Hopefully, these lights will be able to withstand the cold - This winter's blowing snow job was cold and wet at 40 degrees Fahrenheit!.
First and foremost, the product (LED fixture and harness) appears to be well-made, which I approve of - It only took a few minutes to run the harness through the firewall, install the relay, and connect the light to the circuit breaker - The mounting brackets and adjustment hardware are where I have a problem. utter nonsense! Due to the stripping out of the screws, I was only able to salvage two of the four per bracket. The light was then adjusted so that it did not blind oncoming traffic before being zip-tied to my grill. br>br>"It was the worst experience I've ever had. " "br>br>Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a better American-made product from Rigid or Black Oak. ".
100% solid and durable! The light is incredibly bright. It appears to be a well-made structure! I'll be using it during waterfowl season this fall, which means it'll be outside in the rain, snow, and cold, so I'll update my comment if any issues arise!br>br>Update 12- The light in 2018 is AMAZING! It's been rained on, snowed on, and sleeted on. It's been frozen solid in ice, beaten up, splashed, and so on, and it still works great, is super bright, and has never let me down! I 110% would recommend it and would buy it again if I needed one!.
For night riding, I wanted to add some more lighting. I haven't had the opportunity to use this on a ride yet, but I wanted to comment on how well it was installed. The installation was simple, despite the fact that I am not skilled in the area of electrical installation. I simply ran the cables to the battery, connected the lighting to the LED Bar in front of the side by side, and installed the switch on the cabin's interior. It's almost finished, and so far, it's working well. I'll return to comment if there are any issues, but everything so far has been great!.
