On the driver's side of my wife's car, the visor wouldn't stay up and had to be pushed to one side as she drove. Our research revealed that the cost of the item and labor would be considerably more than $100 when checking with various dealers. I learned how easy it would be to install by watching a video on youtube. There was no need for very fancy tools or mechanical experience. The replacement part showed up in a few days after I ordered it on Amazon. After the old visor was removed, removing and installing the new one took less than 10 minutes. We had a problem to solve and it was a quick and inexpensive fix.
I am now able to see out the window and my wife is too. The original looks exactly as seen here.
Amazingly, the price was so low. As I was appalled at the dealership's replacement cost, I decided to remove the damaged visor and conduct my own Amazon and eBay were the first things that came to mind. The fact that Amazon has it had been a surprise to me. The product was ordered and received a few days later. I went to YouTube to replace the video and BAM! The answer is too simple! As far as I'm concerned, I'm not a Miss Fix-it Although I avoided spending $140, I should have saved at least that much. A perfect match exists between the visor and the interior.
A good fit. While not an original part, it is still a good one. A shade of the fabric is off and it looks and feels A second problem is that the shade doesn't snap into place as it did in This means there is always a half inch gap when the paper is.
The Toyota Venza 2009 is powered by a 3. 5 liter V6 engine. I had a broken Sunvisor on my driver's side, which was very inconvenient. The fact that I would miss it until after it was gone was not known until Following my failed attempt to repair the product, I checked Amazon for a replacement and found it (Thanks, We found the perfect replacement and now, we have a Toyota Sunvisor to be proud of! It worked nicely and was easy to install. It was a reasonable price. It is a pleasure to speak with you. Thank you very much. Iris & Debbie.
It was a great product on the passenger side, but I had to replace the drivers side a few years ago, and it did not even look as good as this one on the driver side. I will The mirror with the light up feature is a must. Just above the mirror, the light on the ceiling is turned on by the slide to open the mirror.
It was almost impossible for me to tell the difference between this version and the OEM version during testing. The installation took about three minutes and the fit was perfect. It's a no-brainer when compared to the $130 cost of the Toyota official.
My thought was that I would need to take it to a Toyota dealer to have it replaced, but I found this one on Amazon instead. Although the product description stated it was a visor for the left side (not the right) and for a 2009 Venza with a sunroof (my venza does not have a sunroof), I nevertheless ordered a beige visor. After I got it and watched the youtube video on how to install it, I decided to try it out myself. Taking only about five minutes to install, it was a straightforward task. All aspects of the match were perfect. This probably saved us about $200 away from a visit to the dealer. My recommendation would be to strongly consider it.
