Although you could do it, I don't think that it would be a good idea. An inflatable pillow is inserted into the sky light to block light from coming in. Let me know if you need any help.

All in all, not that good! This material is so good at reflecting the sun that it melted the window trim on the RV

It might have been better to have gone with black or non reflective material. Oh my gosh! In this case, the damage is greater than the help.

I really enjoyed how easy it was to set up this window shade. There are instructions and the velcro pieces needed to assemble. It would be recommended to place both pieces of velcro on the shade first, before peeling the backing off and sticking it to the window of your RV or camper door, so the velcro on the shade matches up with the other pieces. Sunlight is kept out of the room with this shade, and the temperature inside is kept.

The insulation of RV windows

This door window prevents the heat from escaping and blocks the window of the door. Although it was 5 stars, I gave it a 4 because the Velcro tabs on the door lost their grip and slipped Peeling them off and reinstalling them was the only way to do it.
