I am of a certain age. Arthritis of the hips and knees is linked to this condition. Every day, I spend 8 hours at a computer (in a very expensive office chair). This cushion was purchased specifically for work, and it has made a significant difference in how I feel at the end of the day for me. My back isn't as stressed as it used to be, which I believe has helped my hips improve. I hope this has been of assistance.
It's soft but not soft, and it's very comfortable. It's extremely supportive, and I use it in my car because the seat is worn out. I could barely stand up straight when I first got out of the car when I first started driving it. The cushion solved the problem and lasted much longer than I expected; in fact, I ordered a second one so I wouldn't be without it, but it's still on the way.

It's the perfect fit for my chubby arse.
Recommend for lower back pain and for maintaining proper posture. One of these has been in my car for more than a year. And, after seeing how well it worked for a lower back problem, I ordered three more for various chairs in my home. Although it is firm, it is also extremely comfortable. I would strongly advise anyone with a back problem to use it. Additionally, it is beneficial to sitting posture.
I can't believe what I'm hearing! It takes me 1 1/2 - 2 hours to get home from work. 2 hours each way, and I could hardly get out of the car most days due to the pain. hesitancy I've tried pretty much everything there is to try. My husband insisted that I try it, and it turned out to be the best thing I've ever eaten! I'm not in any pain or stiffness, and I'm able to get out quickly. I suppose I should've paid attention earlier.

We've been using these Miracle Bamboo cushions for years, and they're still going strong, even if the outer cloth wears out faster when a man uses them, due to his heavier body and long hours spent finishing paperwork before bed. Car air bags will not work in desk chairs, dining chairs, or as a riser to increase height on low loveseats, but they will work sideways in a petite wheelchair to add height for getting out. The chair becomes noticeably more comfortable, resulting in a noticeable sigh of relief from all users. When we get up even for a moment, our indoor cats rush to take our place on the premium seating! Comfy.

I was concerned that they had stopped producing it and was pleasantly surprised when I discovered it. I'm disabled, and I use this on a daily basis in my walker.
