It is not the end of the world, but quite self-explanatory This is self-explanatory. That is the only thing that is strange and that is the Velcro strap. It is the first time I have heard of that! The car is not the place for it. My second headrest is used on top of my bed pillow when watching tv, and the strap is wrapped around the headrest to keep it in place while watching television
If your office chair does not have a headrest, I doubt you will find it.
It may not have anything to do with the BMW Z4, but I can tell you that they fit perfectly!

There is garbage. I liked how the pictures showed it well made It was good to see pictures with a thick, solid The reason why I was so excited is that I drive a lot every day and my neck/upper back hurts a lot. As soon as I opened it, I was pissed off. I was shocked at how flat the land was. This is a very saggy outfit. You will NOT receive any support from this. Trying to adjust it on my seat, it forced me to lay back on my seat if I wanted to feel it. There is no support. Adding more foam can save grave but I'm not sure if it will save it.
In addition to back and neck pains, I also have a straight back without any spinal curves. As a small woman, I get a lot more pain while I am driving in the car seat. Over the top of the headrest there is a strap that goes over the head. I'm not sure what it is supposed to do. The only way to secure it is to kill it, so I see no point in it. The time to get something else will not be available before my trip, so I have decided to go with the existing ones and add additional foam as suggested in other threads. You might want to check out another product after reading the reviews. However, these products do not seem to be.
In a nutshell I am very disappointed in this product since it was delivered in a disfigured state.
With its just high enough backing, it eases some of my discomfort from the headrests that are awkwardly positioned and rock hard. Modern cars have a nice seat, but who designed it? Is their purpose to help people? The human spine is not shaped this way which is why automakers all must be planning to be taken over any day now by aliens. As for the pillows, they are not as thick as some, but that doesn't mean they're inherently bad. As I lean back, I have to deal with a rock hard headrest when the super thick ones displacing my neck. The pillows here give me almost the right amount of support for my neck without causing me any discomfort in the back of my head. Though they do not seem quite as "fluffy" or "thick" in the pictures, I still think they are a good product for the price.
