However, they didn't work on my 1966 Nova despite being supposed to be universal. The bolt holes on my car were parallel to the seat and not perpendicular to the seat, so I had to redrill them. They are just a piece of steel, so if you need to drill holes in them, get a couple of flat bars from Lowes or Home Depot, drill and tap the holes where needed instead of spending your money on a set of screws. If you love the size you are looking for, you can make them any size you like.

What if my Pontiac GTO convertible from 1969 were to have this?

My friend has not yet completed the installation on my Yukon Denali due to limited time available at his shop. Since it is universal, it should work. Additionally, I am using it on a Yukon Denali but have not yet installed the adapter.

It seems that people in the 1960s were shorter and thinner. This makes it easier to enter and exit the vehicle.

This is an excellent product, I would recommend it to everyone! The seats on my 67 Camaro worked very well to move the seat back

have experienced difficulty getting in and out of a car in the past due to the lack of tilt steering and I am 6' There is no longer any issue with these and they are very good! In terms of security, the seat is as secure as it was previously (which was my initial concern). The only regret I have is that I did not know about them years ago.
