If you tell people to call 911 before getting out of their car, they may lose the time they need to get out and die as a result. If you're in a water situation, break your windows first.
Sorry, I gave it away because it won't break a Tesla window, which is what I have, and I have no idea how it works.
No, it's a spring-loaded device.
There are no O- letters in the alphabet. A black key ring is attached to the ring.

Small, with a key ring included. This is what I put on my firefighter coat, and it works really well on car windows. The window is shattered, but no glass is strewn about. It is extremely simple to operate. br>br>There's a handy little recessed seatbelt cutter that prevents me from cutting my hand while using it. A small clip-on cover also protects the blade.
INCLUDES EXTRA PARTS FOR? It appears that the videos are simple to "use. " However, there is no information or video available on how to "get started. " THEN I READ DON'T DO THAT AFTER PRESSING THE ROUND BLACK BUTTON TWO TIMES. Why doesn't it say that the black button should not be touched? I'm not going to pull the long black plastic with the letter "O" on the end because I'm afraid it'll break. I'm going to return it because I'm not sure how to use it without hurting myself.
Houston, where I work as a photojournalist, has a history of flooding. A lot. People can also become trapped in their cars as a result of flooding or accidents. br>br>For that ultimate emergency, this little critter is just what you need. There's a hidden blade that can cut right through a jammed seat belt, as well as a glass breaker that can shatter a side window. Simply "pop!" by pressing the button. The glass shatters. However, it should only be used on the side windows, not the windshield's tough safety glass. br>br>Tip: if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words " DO NOT put your fingers on either end of the glass breaker when you first unpack it because you're curious. Ouch! br>br>Affix it to your keychain or a convenient location in your vehicle. This potentially lifesaving device gets five out of five stars for the price.
This tiny device accomplishes the task at hand. I have one in each of our vehicles, and I recently purchased one for my mother. I trust them because I've seen videos of them doing their jobs. I've also felt the glass breaker on my hand (don't do it) and seen the small dent it leaves on a magazine; it's best to keep these secured somewhere you can reach them in the event of an accident, because it won't help you if it flies into the backseat. My daughter's elastic hair tie keeps mine firmly attached to/around the blinker stalk. If it's in a door pocket or loose in an open storage bin somewhere in your car, who knows where it'll end up when you need it the most after a bad accident? At a low cost, you can have complete peace of mind.
The little black piece is extremely difficult to remove, but I suppose you'd be fine in an emergency with more adrenaline. br>br>The real issue is that the "spike" doesn't work! It's not aligned with the hole, and when you push the black all the way in, it doesn't come out at all. So. I'm glad I tried it out first before putting it to use in an emergency.
This was featured on Southern Survival, where they were putting emergency glass breaking tools to the test. My red hammer broke before it could remove the glass from the window - Even when used with minimal force by a woman on the show (which was important to me because I'm a woman! ), this worked in a single click. The color is vibrant, it hangs well in the room, and it packs a punch. I went out and bought two more for my daughters!.
Here's one for peanuts, with a seat belt cutter included. Simply pressing the object against the glass causes it to shatter. However, unless you're in a hurry, avoid using it on glass. br>It's an unappealing neon green, but it's noticeable. br>br>And I sincerely hope you will never need it!.
I got it after seeing it on Instagram from a mom influencer. I mean, why not for the price? Being safe is preferable to being sorry. It's small enough to fit in any pocket. I'm trying to figure out how to use it so that, God forbid, if I ever need it, I'll know what to do even if I'm panicked and stressed. I sincerely hope I will never need to use this. But the peace of mind is well worth it.
