I knew the tools I got were brand new because they came in their own packaging. The poncho is the most amazing thing I've ever seen. It isn't a cheap poncho like some others you may come across. In a fantastic carrying bag, you'll find literally everything you need and more!.

Some of the items I received were put to use (see photos of the gloves, screwdriver, and pliers). Except for these, which had grease finger prints, all of the other items were in their original packaging.

When the package arrives, the flash light is completely broken, and the light box is rusted. I doubt they shipped to new customers returned and damaged items. Furthermore, the tool contained within is of poor quality. br>.
